Little gem of a place Left on Sep 9, 2024 for a stay in Sep 2024 We had a fab week in Sea Salt. The accommodation is spacious but cosy, well equipped, clean and beautifully decorated. The outside space is huge and the view is spectacular. The Beach Shack is lovely for an evening drink, and the food is good too. Karen is a great host, any questions were answered really quickly. The dogs loved it too! We will be back.

Sea salt hillside villa. Home from home ❤️ Left on Jun 9, 2024 for a stay in Jun 2024 This is one of numerous visits to sea salt hillside villa, and like our previous visits it was perfect. A home from home. Very well equipped, modern, comfortable and lovely and clean. I absolutely love this place. It’s quiet but without feeling secluded. A large patio area with amazing views of the beach. A perfect place to relax and take time out. We would highly recommend this place and will no doubt be back.

A piece of Cornish heaven ! Left on May 28, 2024 for a stay in May 2024 Our second visit to this beautiful villa. We were so pleased to be back. Even the dogs were excited to be back and knew exactly where they were and went straight up to the correct gate! The views are stunning and the villa is well equipped and very tastefully decorated. The location is excellent within yards of the beach. Karen and Steve are brilliant hosts being so accommodating and thoughtful! It’s the perfect place to switch off and unwind. We can’t wait to return

Can’t wait to return! Left on Apr 7, 2024 for a stay in Apr 2024 We have just returned from our Easter break and had an amazing time. Sadly the weather wasn’t on our side but the villa was amazing and it wasn’t too bad having to spend a lot of time in there! When we arrived we were bowled over by how clean and modern the villa was. Everything you could possibly need was there. Everything was clean and tidy and the attention to detail was out of this world. You can tell a lot of effort has been made to make sure guests feel at home and have a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped with top quality appliances and equipment. The view from the terrace was breathtaking and so relaxing to just sit with a coffee in the morning (weather permitting). Falling asleep with the sound of the sea on your doorstep is so comforting. The beach is lovely and the beach cafe was reasonable and welcoming. We didn’t get to do a lot of the things we wanted to as the weather was quite bad but it does give us the best excuse to visit again and I would not hesitate to book Sea View for the second time. Karen, the owner, goes above and beyond to help you have the best stay possible. She genuinely cares about your experience and is on hand for any questions you may have. We didn’t encounter a single problem during our week stay and would highly recommend anyone to book with Karen. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can. My only negative experience was nothing to do with the accommodation or the owner but the parking restrictions leave a lot to be desired. We paid just over £20 for the parking for the week in the car park very near the villa. This was reasonable and the spaces are large so plenty of room to open doors etc. The problem is you only get 30 mins at the foot of the stairs to the villa to load/unload. When you have two children and two dogs plus all the luggage, it’s no easy task especially when there are a lot of steep stairs to climb! As I said, it was inconvenient but by no means a deal breaker when booking the accommodation and is out of the owner’s control sadly.

Lovely villa Left on Mar 12, 2024 for a stay in Mar 2024 Sea Salt is a lovely clean, modern and well equipped villa. It is situated within driving distance to Looe and other local towns and villages. We went in March so as expected couldn’t enjoy the lovely outdoor space the villa has, but we were still able to appreciate the beautiful view. We took Alfie are cocker, who loved every second of going to the private beach and playing in the sea. From site there is a costal path into Looe, that was well worth the walk , the views along the coast are stunning. Karen gave us lots of information that we found very useful, and welcoming. The Villa has steps leading to it , which we found ok, but elderly people and family’s with very small children may find challenging.

Excellent Left on Jan 3, 2024 for a stay in Dec 2023 This was our fourth stay in Seasalt our two dog's and we all love the place. The dog's love the beach walks and both are so calm and chilled when they are there. Karen and Steve have made the villa so homely and the villa as everything, you need to make y our stay a pleasurable experience. We just love it down there and the pubs in Looe are so dog friendly and friendly. We will continue to stay in the villa's but think we will try Sea View for a change next time. Well recommended.

Owning bull terriers for 40 years we sadly came across prejudice, we decided to buy our own place and accept any breed as long as the owners were well behaved. We found the derelict villa in 2011 just as a developer bought the holiday site. After complete refurbishment we have let it ever since and even bought the sister villa in 2016. We hope you love the villas as much as we do and have a fabulous relaxing holiday. This is me age 60 and my almost 15 year old girl. We own 4 bull terriers and a bulldog.
