The whole spacious ground floor is one large holiday let that can sleep up to 10 people, perfect for large families or groups. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus WC, large living /dining room. Hot Tub Spa for six. The property is centrally heated and addition of a log fire and superfast broadband available for free on WiFi and access via ethernet points.

The large open plan area with a games room at the centre, is ideal for families groups (see the floor plan). 180 square metres (1,937 square feet). Everybody is together, you can, see chat whether your in the kitchen living room or games room. Sit by the log burner watching TV, you can see the children (and adults) in the games room. You can be sat at the bar in the kitchen or cooking and still included in the fun. Walk straight out into the fenced in garden area with your pets to eat outdoors, sunbathe.

Hot Tub Spa seats 5 and one lounger. seats a maximum of SIX. Fountains, waterfall and jets. There are Lights in the Hot Tub and outside.

Hi, we purchased the property in 2010 and ran it as a office / cafe / restaurant for about 8 years. We enjoyed the social side with quiz's, karaoke and music. Then in 2018 decided to convert the property into a large holiday let. Our aim is to provide everything our guests may need for a great holiday. We like to welcome guests in person and show them around the property making them feel at home. Sharing our knowledge of the area, local pubs, restaurants, things to do and places to see. We have two small dogs and love taking them for walks. We are on hand if needed but leave guests to enjoy their stay.
