The house is right in the centre of the lovely village of Llanbedr, where you can walk to find an evening meal after a full day walking in the Rhinogs or on the numerous beaches nearby. You can walk to the friendly village shop to get fresh bread and milk and much more.

Shell Island and the beautiful sand dunes are 2.8 miles
The Rhinog mountains and Nantcol waterfalls are very accessible.

The property is new and has a beautiful new kitchen with Siemens appliances.
Llanbedr railway station is 1.4 miles from the property therefore it is possible to walk to the accommodation. (Please check rail network beforehand)
There are four bedrooms - two very large ones which have ensuites. There is also a family bathroom and a downstairs toilet and cloakroom.
There is Smart TV and very fast broadband for working away from the office if you have to. It is a fantastic location for walking the Rhinog mountains, cycling, bird watching, Nantcol Waterfalls, the beach, Harlech Castle (don't miss the award winning ice cream parlour!), Snowdonia National Park, Portmeirion Italianate Village, Snowdon, Festiniog Railway.
For the adrenalin junkies try the Zip World Slate Caverns at Blaenau Ffestiniog and Snowdonia Adventure Activities!

We had the most amazing Christmas here.. the house is pristine and exceeds expectations in every aspect.. the pictures are great but the reality is better.. Caroline was on hand to answer all questions and so helpful .. this house truly is a dream and a real home from home all the amenities are brand new and easy to use .. the house is well insulated so cosy and every single bed is perfect, Thank you so much for hosting us we will defiinitely return here x
