Perfect location to access the town and ferry links. Secure parking an added bonus. Lovely view from the apartment. Excellent accommodation, we will definitely be back.👍

Excellent location and views. Whilst the property was fairly comfortable I had an issue with the comfort of the mattress. We also felt the tv was far too small for our needs. Other recommendations would be a better equipped kitchen, re utensils. This is the first property within packet quays where it is a bath with a shower curtain rather than a walk in shower. The furnishings are ok but very dated. Please accept these constructive comments.

We had a great week. Drove down Friday evening to Bristol, meeting friends in Exeter all in pouring rain did not bode well.........(after 400 miles glad to stop the wipers in Falmouth!)

Sunday morning - and for the rest of the week bright blue sky and sunshine. Better weather than we had in Italy in early May this year!

We enjoyed staying in Falmouth

We stayed in the apartment for a week. Lovely clean and whih a stunning view. The apartment are best for two people.

Good location centrally i Falmouth.

We were missing that the balcony was a bit bigger, but we were prepard.

Easy access on arrival. A little rubbish bag in the drawer and a little washing powder for the washing machine, that would be nice. It is ther now, we left it

Thanks for the wine - we had a lovely stay in Falmouth and surrounding area.

Mrs Leamon 11th - 14th March 2008 We have stayed in Gulls Way many times before and it is excellent for our needs. Mrs Smith 17th - 22nd Feb 2008 Its view, central position and size for our needs. I didnt need to look beyond this once I found it a gorgeous little place. I would happily book it again and wondered if it would be possible to have it for more than 2 people by bringing a blow up bed? I am now considering buying a similar property as a Buy to Let , If by chance this particular property becomes available to purchase please let me know. Thank you for the superb service. Kind regards Di Leamon 2nd - 9th Feb 2008 Car park location excellent and appeared secure especially as we left the car there all week without using it once, wonderful! and all the daffodills in the vase on dining table came out within a few days of arrival. Mrs Birch 14th - 21st July 2007 the apartment looked exactly as the website! Very pleased with the cleanliness, location, and private parking. Brilliant to be able to sit with a glass of wine and watch the boats go in and out the harbour! Mrs Woodcock 9th - 16th July 2007 The property was spotless, well decorated and equipped and the parking space was an added bonus! We never tired of the changing views from the lounge window.
