Detached cottage with bed/sitting room, kitchen and fully tiled walk in shower room. The property has its own parking to the front with small paved patio with outdoor table and chairs to the side. The kitchen has an electric hob, microwave, small oven/grill and a fridge freezer. All cutlery, pots and pans etc are provided. The cottage has it's own oil fired central heating. Sheets and towels are included.
There are two Velux roof windows which have electric black out blinds and the cottage has Venetian blinds to the front and sides.
The cottage is situated in the small rural hamlet of Copgrove alongside the owners property. There are many walks in the area and we are happy to provide you with details of these.
Harrogate is 8 miles away, York 22 miles and Ripon with it's 7th century cathedral is 7 miles. We have the World Heritage site of Fountains Abbey only 10 miles away and the Yorkshire Dales with Brigham Rocks only a short drive away. RHS Harlow Carr Gardens is situated just the other side of Harrogate which makes for a wonderful day out and has one of the famous Betty's cafe and tearooms on site, you can of course also visit Betty's in the centre of Harrogate.
