Location – neighborhood description
Area Dubai Marina next to Jumeirah Beach Residence is located along one of the last natural beaches in Dubai . The complex has 36 residences , four 5 stars hotels and four beach clubs , playgrounds , fountains and courtyards , shops, restaurants, sports and health clubs.
Attractions and distance
Promenade is a unique place where you can combine a walk along the waterfront with shopping in the world-class boutiques , 20 minutes from the Water Park Atlantis, 7 minutes walk from the subway.
Dubai Marina is a spectacular 3.5km man-made canal, which runs parallel to the coastline of Dubai and has two entry points. The north entrance of the canal is located immediately adjacent to the iconic Palm Jumeirah development, the large man-made island in the shape of a palm tree.
Arriving from sea, yachts may enter safely at either the northern or southern entrance, taking note that there are six fixed road bridges that span the canal at various locations. Each of Dubai Marina Yacht Club’s four marinas have slightly different height restrictions according to the various bridge heights. (more information on bridge heights can be found here)
Due to the height restrictions posed by the fixed bridge, Dubai Marina Yacht Club is primarily a motor yacht club, however is happy to assist sailing yachts in any way possible.
Tidal range in the United Arab Emirates averages two meters at spring tide. Approach and canal depths within Dubai Marina are at least 2.5m at lowest astronomical tide (L.A.T.)

We had a great time in Slavas apartment. It was spacious and comfortable with a great view to the marina and to the beach and just as shown on the photos. The surrounding was great, we had a big supermarket very close and the beach walk was directly in front of the house, it was no problem to get a taxi at any time and we even could use the metro which is not very far and a good opportunity to see the city from a higher perspective. Thanks to Slava and to Julia who arranged the access to the apartment. We would stay there again.
