It features two master bedrooms with double beds and private en-suite bathrooms, and three bedrooms with twin beds (2 single beds each), offering flexible sleeping arrangements. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and designed for comfort.
The home is equipped with a full kitchen, two living rooms, and a second kitchen on the garden floor. Essentials such as a washing machine, iron, internet, satellite TV, and hair dryer are available. The outdoor pool (10x5 meters) is ideal for relaxing and watching the sunset. A private parking area for two cars is included.
Located just a short drive from D-Marine, Akyarlar, and Karaincir beaches, the villa is also close to Turgutreis center and local markets. Electricity is charged based on usage, and a cleaning fee of 10,000 TL applies. A 50% prepayment is required at booking.
