Paradise Town Villa Orchard

This is a fantastic villa, in a great setting, with a lovely private pool. The street in which the villa is situated is private with a security guard, with no through traffic so very safe for young children. Not only does the villa have its own pool but there is also an Olympic size outdoor pool that only residents on the street can use, which is crystal clear (and nobody uses!) so ideal if you fancy some exercise. Highly recommended!

We spent two weeks in the vila. It is as described, even better! Bill is very considerate and orgnized everything properly. Phil and Paul are very caring and supportive. The vila really worths the money, it is very clean and equipped, relaxing and safe. There are teo beaches nearby and it is not far from Belek City Centere, although you will need a car to get around.

We all had a great time in Belek. The villa was spacious and quite well appointed. The villa pool was great as was the complex pool. Phil and Paul who manage the villa were great and available if you have any questions. Another great person was Afri who arranged transfers, hire car and excursions at a very reasonable price. Will return.

The villa was exactly as advertised - clean, spacious and set within a small resort with large swimming pool, tennis court and gym. It is very close to a (basic) supermarket which is open 24hours. Very handy. And extremely handy if you are visiting for golf. The villa is situated literally minutes drive away from several of the local courses. Which were all excellent. We were in frequent dialogue with the owner (Bill) throughout and after the booking process. He was extremely helpful with any questions we had and helped us sort out rounds of golf at 4 of the local courses as well as car hire. Bill's local people managing the property even helped me contact the airport and locate my clubs which had gone missing in transit in Istanbul. I would recommend this villa to anybody and will certainly stay here again next time we come to Belek for golf.

We were met at Airport by Deniz our Car hire contact who was great,We had arranged transfers both ways as part of our package with Bill who we rented accommodation from. Deniz also came out with us on two family days out river rafting which is highly recommended to everyone who visits this region and to our pampering day at a spa centre recommended by Deniz which was also a great experience. We were met at accommodation by Suat the contact at villa who again was a great person to deal with who was a true gentleman who also took us for a round of golf and gave us all the information needed to make our stay memorable. There was great communication by all involved in the booking of our holiday which made the whole experience easy from start to finish. The villa was just what we needed for our two family's that rented the villa for our holiday,it was very large and spacious and well located , but you do need to rent a vehicle in our opinion if you want to get out and explore which we always do on our holidays anyway. Be sure to use Deniz for this as he is very helpful also. The villa is located in a safe and secure street and is in the middle of both Belek and kadiyre which both have plenty of places to eat and drink. The beech and golf courses in region are also only a 5min drive away, Overall we would recommend this villa to both family's and golf groups. Thanks again to Bill,Suat and. Deniz. We spend 2 weeks in the house this summer. We were picked up by Deniz in the airport and was met by Suat at the resort. We arrived early, so the house was getting cleaned and was not ready to move in. We got another house in the middletime and Suat took us shopping groceries, which was very nice. The house is very well equipped and clean. There are lots of towels. The smartest thing was the watercontainer (25 L). We had boiled water for our coffee and icecold water, all the time, from the same container. The place and house is lovely. 30 seconds from the tennis court, there are rackets and balls in the house. We never had the chance in the fitness, because it wasn`t open. We rented car for 10 days (is a must). Deniz came to the house with the car. The rental was to be paid in cash which we wasn´t prepared of. The weather is beautiful, very hot, but it goes ok when you have the pool. During our stay, we had power problems, but it was fixed immediately. We hope to be back some day. We enjoyed it so much. Having Suat around, was like having a personal guide, in a nice way, not in an intrusive matter. Could help with anything, so nice and safe. . La villa est très bien équipée, tout confort : il manque juste une machine à café... Elle est située assez loin de tout, il faut impérativement un véhicule. La résidence est très calme et très bien entretenue. La piscine est fort agréable. C'est réellement un très bon rapport qualité-prix. L'accueil est assuré quelle que soit l'heure d'arrivée, par une personne qui attend sur place, très disponible et très sympathique. Pour ce qui est de l'environnement, la villa est très bien située pour rayonner et visiter les sites archéologiques, elle l'est moins en ce qui concerne les plages (peu d'accès, souvent payantes). C'est une adresse que je recommanderais volontiers.

just returned from 10 wonderful relaxing days at Orchard Villa. The booking process was faultless and Suat came to check everything was ok whilst we were staying, he was very helpful. We hired a car from Eurocar/Deniz via Bill and Suat at the booking stage, again a faultless service. The villa was spacious, clean with a lovely private pool and had everything and more we required. We would definately stay again and cannot recommend it enough - June 2011 Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers
