The ground floor has a large Lounge / Dining area with a fully fitted Kitchen off. There is access to both the pool deck and the verandah' which is ideal for alfresco dining with tables and chairs for 4 and sunbeds for around the pool.
Both of these areas are secluded for privacy, The furniture throughout the ground floor is stylish and of a very high quality. The sweeping staircase leads to the first floor.
On this floor are 2 large bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has a double and an ensuite shower room plus wardrobes and drawers.
Bedroom 2 have a double, bedroom 1 have sofa bed, 1 single bed and wardrobes and drawers.
All of which have a/c and security shutters.
On the second floor 2 sofa bedded room with an ensuite wet room plus wardrobes and drawers. Off the bedroom is a lovely sun terrace area with a table and chairs for quiet relaxation.
Also on this floor is a large storage space and a washing machine.
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION WHICH IS CHARGED ACCORDING TO THE METERS. The staff will take the meters together with you upon your arrival and departure and you will need to pay for the KWh you used.

The area has a long beautiful beach for both sunbathing and watersports, and also offers holidaymakers the chance to visit and explore many of the historic archaeological ruins all within easy travelling. The site is within 5km of the the many golf courses and for the sporting types has its own tennis court and large communal swimming pool. The tennis court offers groups the opportunity of creating their own tournament as the court is hardly used. Golfers can look forward to having their tee times booked at favourable rates.
