The Villa is on the Paradise Town development which is without doubt the best in the Belek resort area. 24hr gated security at the site entrance, mature trees and hedges to add privacy to all villas, on site management to look after everything and excellent facilities such as a wonderful site swimming pool, and a tennis court.
No more than 5km to both Belek and Kadriye, both great for shopping and dining, and also to the wonderful beaches, and of course the many golf courses, 14 in total, that Belek is known for.
The villa sits on a large garden with a beautiful swimming pool, with steps, and plenty of sunbeds for sunbathing and relaxation.
The villa has 4 bedrooms all with beds and or bunk beds, ensuite and separate bathrooms and a sauna. The Living/Dining areas are furnished to a very high standard with a fully fitted Kitchen for dining in. THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION WHICH IS CHARGED ACCORDING TO THE METERS. The staff will take the meters together with you upon your arrival and departure and you will need to pay for the KWh you used.

The area has a long beautiful beach for both sunbathing and watersports, and also offers holidaymakers the chance to visit and explore many of the historic archaeological ruins all within easy travelling. The site is within 5km of the the many golf courses and for the sporting types has its own tennis court and large communal swimming pool. The tennis court offers groups the opportunity of creating their own tournament as the court is hardly used. Golfers can look forward to having their tee times booked at favourable rates.
