This private villa sits in its own private garden with its own car port. It has a private 55sq meter pool with a shallow and a deep end. It has a private garden with lovely trees. It is situated in a quiet residential area of Ovacik but walkable to amenities.
Down stairs is open plan. The kitchen leads on to a dining are and living area which all leads out to a large wrap around terrace overlooking the pool. There is a double bedroom and a wet room with W.C.
Upstairs there are two good size bedrooms , one double and one twin and one wet room with W.C off the hallway.
From the shaded terrace there are steps down to an oversized pool and sunbathing terrace. There is a Turkish seating area ideal for playing cards and an afternoon siesta.
The villa is a few minute walk to the main road of Ovacik where you can find shops restaurants bars and bus stop.
