The downstairs of the villa is around 60m2, on the main floor you will be welcomed by living room then kitchen area. In addition to them, there is extra room for washing machine and iron equipments. In this level, there is a toilet with shower. Total living area is around 120m2. Regarding the outside, there is a large camellia at the back side of the living room and you can access to the swimming pool directly. All kinds of kitchen equipments are available in the home for the guests who want to make their own cooking. In the living room there is a table for 6 persons. There is also another table outside with 6 chairs who want to eat there. Each bathroom is renovated this year in 2021. Each bedrooms has own air conditioning.
