Villa Trostheim, Hisarönü/olu Deniz, Fethiye

We stayed here for a week in August 2022 and had a fantastic time. Villa is in an excellent location, 2 min walk to the nearest supermarket, 5 min walk to the start of the “strip” at Hisonaru and where all the taxis and buses are - 5 mins in a bus down to Olu Deniz and 15 mins to Fetiyhe. Pool was an absolutely godsend in that heat and all bedrooms had aircon apart from the single bedroom upstairs. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 in the basement (much cooler down there). Mehmet next door was amazing, any help with anything and he was on hand - cleaned the pool every morning. Overall excellent Villa and would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Property in ideal location facilities great would definitely stay here again. Family had a great time.

The proprty is very nice, we've stayed in this part of turkey many times. the property is in a very good location, easy access of both towns and low cost taxi access to everywhere. facilaties at the villa are good. Communication works well, as the villa owner has a contact next door who helps with any issues and advice etc. Nice people to deal with. Will look to use the villa again if its avaialbe for our next trip to Turkey. Thanks Jon for your villa.

This villa was perfect for our large party of 12. From the start communication excellent. Mehemet very kindly arranged airport transfers and was at hand when we needed him. The villa was very clean and had everything we required. We did have a problem as the patio doors wouldn't open we reported it but it didn't get fixed until the last couple of days, but this Did not cause a problem or spoil the stay. A problem with the shower was fixed immediately. The pool was great and cleaned daily also the surrounding grounds. The location was fantastic however the taxi drivers were unsure of the location ( just say Ali baba jeep). Taxi button right by the villa. Short stroll to Hisarounu. Villa was lovely in a great position... my only issue was no wardrobe in 1 room but that was more than compensated for with the pool / views / sunbeds etc which were amazing... the owner was very helpful, gave me his taxi drivers details for airport transfers & they were brilliant - even stopping at a supermarket to allow us to get some basic shopping on the way to the villa & the guy next door was there for any issues - I lost a key to the padlock on my case & he managed to remove it for me... I would definitely recommend... the villa is quite close to restaurants & we had some really good meals - we particularly liked Almond - a bit pricier than the others but the food was lovely... for genuine Turkish fare Pasa Sofrasi was really good too... there are a number of good restaurants in Olu Deniz which is a dolmus ride away - my favourite being Oyster - that was our last night special meal.. oh & we also went on a boat trip - Volkan 6 - a smaller boat that we hired just for our party of 9 - well worth the money - great captain who worked really hard to give us a brilliant day - the food was outstanding... will hopefully be returning soon..
