Signature Apartment is a beautiful modern 2-bedroom apartment constructed in 2019 is set in a beautiful site with large, shared pool with stunning mountain views.As you enter the apartment there is a guest restroom and open plan lounge, kitchen dining area leading out onto balcony. The floor to ceiling windows the fill the apartment with natural light and allow you to appreciate the amazing views. Upstairs there are 2 en-suite bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, the 2nd bedroom has twin beds which can be converted into a large double, both with balconies allowing you to relax and watch the stunning sunrise/sunsets the area has to offer.

Located in Ovacik near to Nefes Garden Restaurant the elevated position offers a peaceful atmosphere to enjoy your holiday. A 10-minute walk/5-minute taxi takes you to the hustle and bustle of Hisaronu where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and bars (There is a Taxi call button situated just outside of the complex). If you enjoy the beach 10-minute taxi ride takes you to the famous beach resort of Ölüdeniz where you can enjoy a variety of activities including paragliding water sports or just relaxing in a bar watching the amazing sights. Ölüdeniz is also home to the Blue Lagoon with its private beaches offering relaxation and delicious food. The main town in this area is Fethiye (15 minutes away by road) and has a very cosmopolitan vibe. There are many boutique shops, cafes, and restaurants.
