6 bedroom (three en-suite) 4 bathroom private villa set in beautifully landscaped and lushly planted gardens with delightful swimming pool. Villa is situated 3 km from the sandy beaches of Gemiler bay and 5 minutes walk to the village facilities of Kayaköy.
The villa consists of 2 parts, the main part has 4 bedrooms (3 en-suite) living room with open plan kitchen with dining area and the guest house has 2 bedroom , one family bathroom and living room with open kithchen and dining area.
The ground floors has 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, one bedrom and one bathroom.
The first floors has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The Neighborhood

Kayakoy, with its historical and ecological structure is one of the most pristine and protected areas in Turkey. Kayakoy is a peninsula located in the middle of Fethiye and Oludeniz, 3 sides of Kayakoy is surrounded by the sea and has enormous beautiful untouched natural bays.
The natural structure of this valley surrounded by mountains and with its observable historical texture since the Lycian period.
This natural wonder area where forest and sea meet only 50 km away from Dalaman International Airport.
CASA BELLA Private Land and Villa is a place just for you, where you can feel the rhythm of nature and breathe to the fullest, on the slope of the pine forest covered hill, accompanied by the magnificent Baba Mountain and the green valley that stretches for kilometers.
History BC. There are many places you can visit in this special ancient city dating back to 3000 years.
You can explore the valley, ancient ruins and open-air museum, whether on foot or by using our 2 mountain bikes in our villa. (We will send you the details after booking progress has completed).
When you leave the villa, you can reach the sea (Gemiler Beach) after 3 km, the distance to public transport is 100 metres, the closest local market is 200 metres and the closest bar and restaurant is 150 metres away. Apart from these, there are more than 50 restaurants, bars and cafes in the village. If you wish, we can send you their details.
There are tremendous nature activities you can do especially in the spring months such as hiking, biking, ATV, horse riding, canoeing, boat tours, paragliding, diving, rock climbing, bird watching, photography and yoga. Accompanied by a guide or by yourself (with routes and locations that we send to your phone after booking), you can explore these recorded historical sites.
