Beautiful uninterrupted views! Everything we could have wanted, we had! Thank you for the best two weeks! Nothing to fault, everything to love. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous holiday- stunning views! We had a wonderful two weeks at Villa Ipek. The villa is nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable with all the ammenities you could need. The views are just stunning from every room- and the sunsets from the terrace - breathtaking! The owner Fevzi and property manager Bahattin were so helpful and were quick to respond to all questions. What was a really nice touch was that they had arranged for some kitchen essentials to be there waiting for us after a long journey- very thoughtful! Bahattin can help you to arrange groceries, taxis and even suggested a great takeaway for us who delivered! The pool was lovely, also with a fabulous view, and was checked every day. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Kalkan. This was my 7th visit there and one of the best villas I have ever stayed in with the nicest people managing it. Five stars for sure!!!!!!

Amazing .... if in Kalkan this is where we would stay Left on Oct 22, 2019 for a stay in Aug 2019 This villa is even better than the photos that you see. The views from all rooms are stunning and it is not overlooked at all. Only 10 mins from the town by foot and you can use the same taxi driver for a few pounds to get home. The owner and his property manager can not be faulted and were very helpful if required. We were 2 adults and 4 children ages 15,15,15 and 6. Perfect for everyone with plenty of space for chilling. The open plan style means that you can be in the kitchen, lounge or outside and still feel part of it. My little 6 year old loved the shaded area and set up all her toys and drawing on the table. We would all come back and definitely recommend. Thank you

5/5 Beautiful villa with stunning views If you are planning to visit Kalkan then look no further, the villa over looks Kalkan bay and old town, the pool and outside area is all you will ever need and is just stunning. The owner's communications were excellent and the process of booking was straight forward and totally stress free. On arrival we hired a car and drove the two hours to the villa as we wanted the flexibility of the car to explore the area. The drive is very simple and the roads are excellent and I would recommend this as an option. There are however reasonable priced alternative transfers available. We were met at 1am by the charming property manager who escorted us to the villa, he came every day to check the pool and was very helpful and informative about the local area. The villa is a new three story building which is tastefully decorated and very well appointed. It was spotlessly clean and has air conditioning throughout. The two main bedrooms are huge with on suites and balconies overlooking the bay, perfect for that morning coffee! The third bedroom has two single beds and a further fold up bed if required. Downstairs there is a well appiointed kitchen, dinning area and living room with satellite TV, the whole property and outside area is covered by a strong WiFi single. Outside there is a lovely pool and ample sun loungers, it also has a beautiful covered seating area for when you need to escape the sun which bathes the outside area from sun up to sunset. There is a outside dinning area that also over looks the bay which is a simply stuuuning place to enjoy a meal. Kalkan town is a 15 minute walk down hill and is easy accessible. There is a good selection of supermarkets before you reach the beautiful old town with its cobbled streets leading down to the bay. Here there is so many restaurants with lovely terrace views you will be spoilt for choice. If you don't fancy the walk home there are loads of taxis and the fairs are very reasonable. If you don't fancy the effort of going into town there is a lovely restaurant 30 metres from the front door with probably the best roof terrace and views in the area, the food is just as good!!! I would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return again, perfect quite location with stunning views . 9/18/2019 at 1:24 PM
