Everything about this experience was wonderful. It was just what we wanted as part of our vacation in Turkeya carefree day filled with good conversation, good food, good swimming and many beautiful sites, both historical and scenic. Both Ergun and his ships mate were friendly, accomodating and fun to spend the day with.

“The best day in Kas!” We saw how popular Erguns boat was on tripadvisor so we booked a day with him. We spent the day cruising and swimming the beautiful waters around Kas. Ergun is a wonderful host, the food was great, and, as an added bonus, Erguns parents and aunt were on the boat that day. They were all so nice! It was our best day during a great vacation and I encourage you to book with Ergun during a trip to the Turquoise Riviera. Visited October 2011

“Delightful day boating, swimming, eating and exploring with Captain Ergun” Everything about this experience was wonderful. It was just what we wanted as part of our vacation in Turkeya carefree day filled with good conversation, good food, good swimming and many beautiful sites, both historical and scenic. Both Ergun and his ships mate were friendly, accomodating and fun to spend the day with.

we had a fantastic day with Ergun, nothing was too much to ask for we had four stops during the day including lunch which was cooked on the boat with freshly spear caught fish. The accompanying side dishes were delicious. The boat is lovely and clean with plenty of room fowr sunbathing and shaded areas. The only extras you pay for are drinks on board and waterskiing and donut rides behind his speed boat. The snorkelling was excellant and our youngest daughter got to use an underwater scooter. We would definately recommend a trip with Ergun and Omar both are fantastic hosts! It has been the highlight of our holiday and the underwater photos taken by Ergun will ensure we have a lasting memory of this marvelous day. We are hoping to spend a couple of days in october if we come back sleeping under the stars.

A party of ten of us ages ranging from 2 yrs to 73 yrs had the most enjoyable day onboard erguns boat, I must compliment Omar on the delicious meal he provided for our lunch.Ergun was the perfect host and the facilities on board such as the kayak ,snorkels and sea scooter all added to the days enjoyment, we visited beautiful coves and the teenagers in the group were brave enough to have a go at the doughnut ride. At the end of the day ergun took the time to take one of the party spear fishing with him which was definatley an added bonus. If I am ever fortunate enough to return to kas I will be straight down the harbour to book another day out with Ergun and Omar. We have just returned from a two week villa holiday in Kas. Before we went I emailed Captain Ergun about booking a boat trip with him based on trip advisor reviews. We werent dissapointed. We had originally arranged to go out on a private day cruise for 8 people on my birthday. Ergun even came up to our villa to meet us and discuss arrangements. However the sea was particualry rough in the two days leading up to our trip and Captain Ergun kindly agree to swap for another day at last minute notice. [We had a couple of people in our party who are particularly prone to motion sickness] We boarded Gulsah 1 at 10am and set sail. We went straight to a tiny bay where we snorkelled, swam and particularly enjoyed the kayak. We were offered tea, wine or any refreshments you required. Then we set sail for Beehive Island. My husband enjoyed using the aqua sub here again the kayak was put to use. After that we set sail for a quieter spot for lunch. Omar, who is a trained hotel meze chef prepared a delcious lunch on board whilst Ergun set up his BBQ and cooked fresh fish and chicken kebabs for everyone. I am a vegetarian and still had a varied and amazing selec tion of food for lunch. After a lazy snooze on the shady sun deck and turkish tea served on a tray we set sail for our last stop. We moored near Limanagzi beach. More swimming and fun in the late afternoon sun. As it was my birthday, Ergun surprised us all with a beautiful chocolate cake with sparklers and fresh fruit and popcorn [particularly enjoyed by my two boys] We then set sail for home with a tear in our eyes. We had an absolutely fabulous time. Ergun and Omar were attentive yet discreet and perfect company. We will defintely visit him again. Just one word of warning - Captain Ergun played a special alternative birthday song over his music system. It took us all by surprise as the content was very innapropriate. Fine for a group of young people but not approprite for our mixed group of grandparents and young children. If you are celebrating your birthday onboard and feel you may be offended then please mention this before hand. Just a bit of poor judgement really. Visited August 2011

Me and my family booked a day out with Captain Ergun and his crew on the Gulsah1. From the minute we stepped on board his boat we were waited on hand and foot, we were served cold drinks, tea and coffee, we had a bbq on board, the food was amazing We went swimming and snorkelling we stopped a quiet coves and lagoons we were even treated to seeing a turtle in the water where Ergun moored up so we could take a dip in the beautiful clear blue waters. If you are going to Kas I would recommend you make a booking with Ergun and his crew and boat, we had a truly magnificent day and would really like to say a big Thank you to Ergun for taking such good care of us all. The boat was fantastic and so was our day out on Gulsah1 Thank you Ergun for a wonderful day Karl & Family Visited August 2011

A truly amazing day, our 7 year old was grinning from ear to ear all day long! The hospitality, food and range of activities was absolutely fantastic. A trip not to be missed it has to be experienced to be believed. We started the day as customers and ended as friends and wish Captain Ergun every success. We will definitely be back!

We met Ergun as we perused the boats in the harbour at Kas and immediately felt comfortable with his professionalism and friendly, easy going manner. As we wanted to charter a boat for the day, just for two of us, Ergun made it an easy choice. Along with Omar the onboard chef who prepared the most delicious lunch, our day out on the Aegean was a highlight of our holiday. We cruised into gorgeous bays to snorkel and swim, explored the tombs at Kekova and cruised along the coastline of the sunken city of Simena. It was an absolutely brilliant day. The only disappointment was being charged for our drinks at the end of the day which surprised us as lunch was included in our charter price. Erguns family also have apartments to rent at a fabulous spot just past Big Pebble Beach (see my review). Visited July 2011

We met Captain Ergun whilst renting one of their family’s holiday apartments not far from Kas. Ergun was extremely helpful in looking after us during our whole two week stay in Turkey. The boat trip was a highlight, the coastline and islands around Kas are beautiful. Ergun and his crew could not have made us feel more welcome. The food was very good and Ergun’s local knowledge is excellent. On the day itself the wind picked up a bit in the afternoon but Ergun ensured we got to some lovely sheltered spots. We did plenty of snorkelling and he even lent us an underwater camera and a rechargeable water propeller to take some of the effort out of the swimming! Visited August 2011

We recently enjoyed a trip with captain Ergun in Kas Turkey. We had a day cruise that was so fantastic that we went back for more & did the night cruise under the stars! Ergun and his crew were fantastic the food was excellent and we could not fault it! We didnt want to get off the boat. Great day & night out which was enjoyed by all, you can book any boat trip in Kas harbour but if you want that really personal service only look for Erguns boat M/S GULSAH 1. Fantastic!!!!! Steve & Family Visited August 2011

A day on the boat with Captain Ergun was praised in the visitor book at our villa. Previous travellers were right. We were on the boat from 9.30am until 7pm. We snorkelled from the boat at a variety of locations. The barbequed fish and chicken together with salads plus afternoon fruit and endless drinks were wonderful. Captain Ergun was a great host and guide. He photographed us under water and added them to our card at the end of the day. At a small extra cost he took our teenagers out on a large ring dragged at speed behind a small boat- they loved it. We cant wait to go back to Kas. Tom and family , Berkshire Visited August 2011

Im always a bit weary when I read such great reviews online but we had to try Captain Erguns boattrips after all these promising reviews to see for ourself ....... and Im glad we did! Honest, the reviews are true, Ergun really is very hospitable! When we arrived in the morning (after he managed to take us on the boat the night before!) he took me on his bike to the pharmacy when he found out I needed some meds. The boat is very relaxing and Ergun (and Omer) knows when you want to have a nice chat or if you want te be left alone to enjoy the beautiful suroundings. The food is really good and he provides all the fun you want to have in the water like under water camera and the propellor (only know the diving name which is monkey diving) but you can also take a kajak if you want to. To make it short, thanx for a wonderfull day out on your beautifull boat Ergun. We had a really good time and you make good company to be around! Petra (and Jessica) from the Netherlands Visited August 2011

The two days and nights that we recently spent on board Erguns boat with himself and Omar were a real highlight of our Turkish holiday. Knowing very little Turkish (none) it was invaluable to us that Ergun spoke such good English. He was informative, helpfull and very relaxed for the duration of our trip and we also had the pleasure of meeting his fiance, who was also lovely, and extertained us the first night by reading our fortunes in Turkish coffee. Omar - Erguns chef - created some delicious food for us and everywhere we were taken was as beautiful as the previous spot. We couldnt reccommend a day or two with Ergun enough... great memories! We booked about trip with Ergun whilst on holiday in Kas this September. Ergun and his crew made us feel welcome the minute we set foot on the boat, the facilities on board were fantastic, Ergun let us use his under water camera to take as many pictures as we liked, lent us snorkelling quipment and showed us all the best spots. The food on board was amazing and the fruit salad and popcorn afterwards was a great surprise. Overall it was one of the best days of the holiday, we would highly recommend this boat trip which is made extra special by Erguns hospitality

Five friends from South Africa left the harbour of Kas in the capable hands of Captain Ergun and his cheif Omar for a day of fun in the turquoise waters of Turkey. His boat is immaculate, comfortable with various water sports equipment and the latest technology. Omar prepared an amazing lunch on board with fresh fish grilled by Captain Ergun. One of our party was even accompanied by Captain Ergun in deep water dives. We would all highly recommend a cruise with this organized, efficient and caring young man. Visited September 2011

Me, my husband and my parents had a fantastic day on Captain Erguns boat. We arrived at the boat at 9.30 and then had a full day of laying in the sun, snorkelling and swimming! The boat came equipped with a kayak, scuba bike, underwater camera, etc plus Ergun can take people out on the speedboat round Beehive Island if they want! We also got provided with refreshments, a beautiful lunch of BBQd fish and chicken kebabs with amazing meze cooked and prepared by the chef who also put together an amazing display of lovely fresh fruit. It was also my father and husbands birthday so Ergun surprised us with a birthday cake with sparklers plus a lovely cold bottle of fizz. We had such a great day and this was definitely the highlight of our holiday!! Thanks again to the crew! Visited September 2011

A very big thank you to Captain Ergun. He made us feel very welcome fro m the start when i went to see him to make arrangements re times etc. When on board we felt very relaxed and enjoyed our day tremendously. I termed is as a perfect day. We had a lovely lunch and i had plenty to drink. I will remember this day for a long time. ALSO not forgetting his assistant who was very attentitive during our day out Visited September 2011

What a lucky meeting we had with Captain Ergun earlier this year, which resulted in three boat trips with him. They are the best trips ever and I have done many in my time and in many parts of the world. He has the most charming personality, speaks brilliant English and goes out of his way to provide every comfort and pleasure possible. Not only did he provide one of the best lunches (succulent fish) I have eaten in Turkey, cooked by his willing helper, but was able to provide all the necessary equipment for the kids to enjoy the sea -speed boat, ringo and a water motor bike. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the whole day filled with pleasure, remains the most memorable part of our stay. Visited August 2011

We had a great day with ergun from beginning to end. We explained that we wanted as much snorkelling as possible and thats what we got. Shipwrecks, 30m canyons and even a plane resting on the sea bed in 15m of water. I would do it all again any day.

My wife and I had a wonderful day cruising on the Med and relaxing with Ergun. The ship is wondeful and Ergun knows how to show his passengers a great time. From the snorkeling to the lunch, everything was great. A memorable day in Kas. Ben and Kate.

Dont be fooled by the name we expected an old saltyCaptain, instead we were greeted by a handsome young man who welcomed us with open arms. we were immediately made comfortable on the bow of the boat with huge cushions to relax on .things dont get much better lying on a beautiful boat sailing crystal warm waters. We visited foru diffent spots each had their own attractions - colourful fish, concrete shark on the ocean floor, shipwreck, underwater canyon, deep deep blue water. We also enjoyed the James bond scooter and the underwater camera, which Ergun downloaded onto our SD card before we left. lunch was freshly caught fish BBQ on deck with freshly prepared, tasty mezzo and salads courtesy of the onboard chef. And afternoon tea of fresh fruit and tasty biscuits and yes he really does go spear fishing for your lunch. In fact we had fish left over so he invited us back for a seafood feast onboard for dinner. Wow what a day - one we will never forget.and one I hope to do again on our next trip back to Turkey.9.30 to 5.30 full on day with dinner thrown what more could you ask for

Exellent day out on the boat sailing around the islands nr Kas. Ergun and his crew were excellent hosts and we really enjoyed our time on the boat. Particularly enjoyed the snorkelling opportunities and the rubber ring ride which was provided using the speedboat. Would advise all people visiting Kas to book at least a small trip on the boat!

We are a family owned business. We don't use expensive marketing strategies, make exaggerated claims, or offer an impersonal service. In fact, we pride ourselves on giving our customers a unique, customized yacht charter experience that is unparalleled in the market place; when it comes to crewed boat rental in Turkey, we believe that we've got the edge. Both my wife and I are avid fans of travelling and are always excited to meet new people; first and foremost, we love making new friends and we are both adventurous souls. My love affair with the ocean began almost a decade ago, during my studies, when I was entrusted to run the family boat during the summers between University years, largely offering private boat tours in Kas. Upon graduating, with an economics degree, I was faced with the not so straightforward task of deciding what to do with my life. While my friends were all attracted to high paying office jobs, my summers spent running boat trips in Kas had had a deep and telling impact on my internal dialogue. Rather than taking the traditional path into employment, I decided to follow my heart and continue to run the family boat, full time. It was a decision that I didn't take lightly, but it's certainly one that I feel thankful that I made, each and every day. My wife, who also owns a Seaman's license, shares my passion for adventure and is a valuable member of our team. Like most Turkish women, she's an exceptional cook, who is able to create the most sumptuous of dishes, from the most basic of produce. I don't know how the business would run without her; our boat trips in Kas just wouldn't be the same. My wife and I run boat trips in Kas during the summer months, spending the winters travelling the world. It's been a long, hard road, building our business together, but we believe that our passion is what has got us this far. And we don't intend on stopping anytime soon.
