Villa Anise offers three beautifully furnished bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, each designed to provide you with maximum comfort and relaxation during your stay. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, a jacuzzi, a balcony, a terrace, a private dressing room, a bathroom, electric curtains, and underfloor heating, while the third bedroom is a guest house-style room with a separate entrance from the garden, mini-fridge, double bed, wardrobe, and air conditioning.

One of the most remarkable features of Villa Anise is its breathtaking sea view, which can be enjoyed from every corner of the villa, including the private pool and the veranda/terrace. The pool has a width of 4 meters, a length of 9 meters, and a depth of 1.5 meters, and is the perfect spot to cool off on a hot summer day. The villa also has a children’s pool for younger guests to enjoy.

Our villa: Two rooms with double beds, jacuzzi, balcony, terrace, private dressing room, bathroom, electric curtains and underfloor heating with sea view. One room is a guest house-style room with a separate entrance from the garden, bathroom, air conditioning, mini-fridge, double bed and wardrobe. There is no jacuzzi or sea view, but it has a window facing the garden. All rooms have double beds. Our villas have a private shuttered parking lot. There is a camera system around the villas. Wifi is available in each villa. We have a staff member available from 9 am to 6 pm to assist our villa customers with their needs (grocery store, butcher, etc.). Each villa has two free taxi rides to Kalkan bazaar every day. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. Additionally, there is a safe box in each of our rooms. We provide a welcome package for each of our guests upon check-in, which includes a variety of chocolates, fruits, breakfast items, two types of local wines, tea and coffee, etc. We provide standard items such as laundry detergent, fabric softener, dishwasher tablets, liquid detergent, and water softener for each of our guests. We have a generator and regulator.
