This 4 bedroom seafront luxury villa with a private platform to the sea and an amazing sea view offers you a very special experience with its unique location on Kalamar bay to base yourself for a relaxing break, it is quiet, very scenic and away from the crowd. the warm inviting sea is at your fingertips, its large garden leads on the private platform of the villa by the way of stairs. although, the villa has a private pool the clear blue sea is well worth a short walk.
You can enjoy your outside dining area, equipped with a large table/ chairs and a BBQ on the terrace with a seating area perfect for relaxing in the evenings with sea views.
Kalamar's perfect location is ideal for exploring by day to local villages such as Kalkan, Kas, Islamlar, Fethiye, Olu Deniz, you will find most places have great markets. Ancient Sites such as Patara, Letoon, Tlos, Myra to mention a few are all easy to reach.

Fantastic holiday staying that this modern, clean and well equipped villa.
Road leading to villa is poor but work was being done at the time of our stay so this may improve.
