Inside the villa has everything you need to make your stay like a home from home. The villa is equipt to a very high standard the rooms are very spacious, the beds very comfortable so assuring a good nights sleep, I cannot praise this villa enough, Alan the owner and Sinan his manager go out of their way to make sure you have an amazing holiday. Great Villa Kurular Sokak, , daylan, Mugla, 48660, Turkey Date of Stay 28 May 2017 We had a wonderful time at Eanda Villa with it's lovely outside area, it was a real treat being able to pick our own oranges every morning to make fresh juice and eat breakfast overlooking the beautiful garden and view of the mountains. Alan and Sinan couldn't do enough for us to make our holiday run more smoothly from organising transfers from the airport to putting the essential shopping in the Villa before we arrived. Daylan is a lovely area with beautiful beaches, private boat trips, mud baths, markets and restaurants. We will definitely be back in the near future! Bill S. said... 21 Apr 2017 A FANTASTIC 5 STAR VILLA WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED Kurular Sokak, , daylan, Mugla, 48660, Turkey Date of Stay 13 Apr 2017 This is the second time I have spent a wonderful week at Al's Villa. Just outside of Dalyan the morning starts with breakfast outside listening to the birds singing or having a walk around the Orchard to perhaps take an orange or two to squeeze for a superb juice - or even a lemon for a lemon tea or for a G&T later in the day. The Villa itself is quite exceptional. Designed by Alan it is in the shape of a propeller - perhaps his days with the RAF had something to do with this, I don't know. Fully equipped for loads of people (10 I think), it has everything you will need for a fantastic stay. The kitchen is fully equipped (should you need it - as there are plenty of great restaurants down town and there is a BBQ to use to entertain your friends etc. The salt pool and jacuzzi offer a great way to cool down after a day in the gorgeous sun. One of the best places in the World I have experienced peace and tranquillity. A beautiful Villa in a superb location. Finally I would like to thank Alan, from the Taxi he arranged at the airport, knowing that his ‘Team’ headed up with Sinan was always there if there was a problem – which there wasn’t – but I could go on and on but you really need to experience the Villa Eanda itself. The location is just outside of town in a lovely rural setting. I have been coming to Turkey for many years and Villa Eanda is set in the most beautiful maintained gardens I have ever seen, and just to add to that having the mountains as a backdrop adds to the wow factor. The salt water pool is just wonderful. The villa itself is beautifully kept, equipped with everything needed to make your stay hassle free and memorable. Alan the owner can not be more helpful and Sinan his manager is brilliant and is always on hand iif you need anything. Any excursions he will be able to arrange for you. He also runs a restaurant which we visited several times as the food at his place is delicious. If you choose to stay at Villa Eander like us you will want to come back time after time, as it has everything needed for a wonderful holiday for all ages.

Debbie E. said... 20 Sep 2016 Beautiful villa Eanda Kurular Sokak, daylan, Mugla, 48660, Turkey Date of Stay 5 Sep 2016 We are a party of 10 and this year had an addition of my 1 year old granddaughter. This is the 4th time I have taken my family to this beautiful villa. From day one of booking the villa Alan the owner sorts everything out. He will help with everything you require including transfers/shopping for your arrival etc, he is always available for any questions you may have. Sinan is his right hand man when you arrive in beautiful Dalyan and is also only a call away if you require anything, this year my granddaughter was not well and had a temperature, one call to Sinan and a taxi was outside the villa to take her to the doctors he also asked the driver to wait for us and bring us back to the vill and even popped around later to check everything was ok, what a complete star. Sinan also welcomes you on your arrival and runs his own family restaurant which is well worth a visit. The villa is fully equipped for your stay and stands in its own beautiful gardens with a view of a magical mountain to die for, the pool is a salt water pool and we have found it so much nicer than the tradtional pools that you get at most other villas it was especially nice for the baby this year, all I hope is that we will be able to return to this villa for a fifth time as it is loved so much by my family and is now treated as our second home, after two weeks holiday, we returned on Sunday and by Monday we were all wishing we were back there, thank you Alan for sharing your beautiful villa x My Response Dear Debs and family as always your a pleasure to have as guests . Kurular Sokak, 36 , daylan, Mugla, 48660, Turkey Date of Stay 1 Aug 2016 This was our first ever villa holiday abroad, as we normally stay in all inclusive hotels. And may I say we were totally delighted with the Villa Eanda. This is now the way that we holiday abroad in the summer months. We travelled as a party of three adults and two teenage children, aged 16 and 14 years. We arrived at the Villa Eanda to find that it was exactly as described and the organization of our holiday was second to none from booking to having food on our arrival at the villa. It is a totally stunning villa in a stunning location. The villa is well equipped with everything you need and more. The saltwater pool was amazing. The villa boasts a fantastic orchard of limes, lemons and pomegranates! There is a lot to see and do in Dalyan so you can do as much or as little as you wish. The 12 Island boat trip is a fantastic day out for all the family and would highly recommend this! There are lots of lovely restaurants and cafe bars to choose from serving lovely food and ice cold drinks. Alan & Sinan were fabulous people to deal with and nothing was ever too much trouble. This was everything we wanted from our holiday & we will return in the near future! A simply fantastic holiday!!

Sian P. said... 4 Aug 2016 A fantastic villa in an amazing location Kurular Sokak, daylan, Mugla, 48660, Turkey Date of Stay 23 Jul 2016 Helpful votes: 0/0 We have just returned from an amazing 10 day stay in this wonderful villa. We are 2 families (9 in total) and the villa was very spacious and fully equipped to a very high standard which made our stay even better. The bedrooms are big and air conditioned, each with their own modern en-suite which was great. The inside living area was absolutely fine (although not used much) and the inside kitchen very spacious with plenty of storage and fridge space. The outside kitchen was a bonus with an additional fridge/freezer to cool the drinks!!!! The pool and sun patio were amazing. A large pool and Jacuzzi which were surrounded by plenty of sun loungers (12 I think) and the most fantastic views. The villa itself is situated too far out of Dalyan to walk in the blazing heat or if you have little kids, but taxis to and from cost 15 TL each way (about £3.50) and were with you very promptly and take less than 5 minutes to get into the centre. Sinan was very welcoming and could not do enough to help to ensure our stay was as we wanted. We loved Dalyan - so much to see and do. Would fully recommend the river boat trips down to the beach and up to the lake. One of these we did in the evening and had an evening BBQ and night swimming - was great! Also the 12 island cruise was the most magical day - we swam with Loggerhead turtles!!! Lots of restaurants to choose from - many with waterside locations overlooking the tombs, and each we found to serve lovely food. We will definitely return one day!!! You looked after the Villa as you would your own home and that is very much appreciated . Your advice for avoiding walking into town in the intense heat is welcome and I would also reccomend the excellent taxi service . The location and surroundings were second to none along with all the facilities needed for our 16 night holiday. We booked the villa to accommodate six adults and two children, to stay in lovely Dalyan, a place we have stayed approx seven times in the past and never fails to deliver the recommended dose of total relaxation and chill out ! Alan couldn't have been more helpful before, during and following our holiday and returning our deposit extremely quickly. Alan's manager Sinan was a total gentleman, where nothing was too much trouble, and we must recommend "Sinans Place" where the food is amazing and the service extremely friendly and professional 🤗 Summarising our total experience would be to say a massive thankyou to Alan and hope that we may stay at Villa Eamda in the future ....... Alan Thomas (the owner) and his House Manager, Sinan were first class, and could not do enough so that we had the best experience. We had never been to Turkey before, so from the moment we landed in Turkey airport, a car was organised and waiting for us, our food shopping was there at the Villa upon our arrival and places of interest were recommended, taking the hassle away from us, so that we could just enjoy this beautiful Villa. When you open the front door, you get the WOW factor, it’s a fabulously stunning Villa, finished to a very high standard, the rooms have marbled flooring and are spacious with en-suites and balconies to enjoy the stunning view of the mountains. Then you step outside and get another WOW with the private salt water pool, Jacuzzi, Kurch and orchards and more. As soon as we arrived we dived into the lit up pool at 1am and relaxed thereafter in the Kurch listening to the tranquillity of the wildlife up in the mountains. The food is excellent and the people very friendly and with the help and assistance from Alan & Sinan made this holiday the best we have had in many, many years, thank you both. We will certainly stay here again, it was everything we wanted from our holiday, relaxing, fun, hassle free, more than enough space for a large party, the kids were never bored and the weather hot. Tricia S. said... 4 Oct 2015 Amazing Villa Kurular Sokak, daylan, Mugla, 48660, Turkey Date of Stay 16 Sep 2015 I cannot praise villa Elanda enough, from the magnificent salt water pool which doesn't leave the horrible smell of chlorine on your swimwear to the wonderful well kept grounds. The view from the patio is also to die for, we could not stop taking pictures of the villa and beautiful mountain in the distance. Inside the villa is everything you could possibly need to give you the home from home. The rooms are furnished to a high degree and having wifi is a big bonus. Alan the owner has been brilliant in making sure our stay is the best it could be which it was, and Sinan his manager could not be more helpful nothing was too much trouble. A big part of having a good holiday is where you stay, so I can thoroughly recommend if you stay at this villa you cannot fail but have a great time. Including ourselves last year!! Our second stay with my partner and myself and our 4 'kids' ( 19-30 yrs) plus their boyfriend/girlfriends and it was possibly even better than the last time... The owner,Alan, is extremely helpful with all kinds of information and travel arrangements and he has a great team looking after everything in Dalyan. The Villa is kept in superb order as is the pool, and garden areas, which all give stunning views of the mountains in such peaceful location - just some wildlife noise!- that it's hard to remember there were other Villas near and you are only a 15 min walk into town where you have everything you could possibly need. Good bars, restaurants, variety of shops, excursions, and all of these with a family business feel. There are no Hotel or business 'chains' and that makes for a charm that many destinations don't have. Sinan who manages the property does so much more,Alan leaves a Turkish cell phone and calling Sinan is like having your own Dayan oracle ! Sinan arranged trips; taxis;arrival grocery shopping brought to the villa; a 'Carry out' meal delivered and he even ordered my meat for our own BBQ's .His own restaurant is great and his Family and Staff lovely. There's no doubt that Dalyan is a really great place full of interesting things to do,see and visit, but the key ingredient is the people who look after the Villa and the guests so well. John H. said... 13 Aug 2015 Unforgettable experience. Absolute bliss! Kurular Sokak, , daylan, Mugla, 48660, Turkey Date of Stay What a fabulous week we have spent at villa Eanda! Our first trip to Turkey was a great experience- the people were so friendly, the food beautiful and the weather so hot!! The villa-WOW! This made the holiday for us. Sitting outside in the sun, looking at the mountains and listening to the wildlife-so peaceful! No traffic. The kirsch was a particular favourite and we all fell asleep in it on the first day – so relaxing. The pool was a great place to cool down and the whole family loved it. We were uncertain as to what a ‘salt water’ pool was, but it was far superior to a chlorinated pool as there are no stinging eyes and nasty chlorine smell when you left the pool. It is beautifully clean and warm! The Jacuzzi was a great way to unwind and appreciate the beautiful surroundings. The gardens and its' grounds were just as you described – private and very big! I loved getting up early (7.30-8.00) and lying in the sun relaxing. No noise except birds, animals, chimes and the pool. Bliss! The BBQ and outdoor kitchen area were also superb. The interior was beautiful, finished to an extremely high standard, was perfectly described and certainly had a wow factor. Air conditioning throughout was welcome after the heat of the day. Sinan, the Villa manager was fantastic. The food at his restaurant was excellent particularly the lamb. His Pina coladas were the best in town. Sinan was such a help organizing taxis, changing money and he even ordered our metin pizza takeaway for us when the man on the phone didn't understand us! It was great knowing he was on the end of the phone if we needed him and he made it very clear we could contact him at any time no matter how trivial. We enjoyed many meals out. Safrans stood out with beautiful food, attentive staff and beautiful views over the river and ancient rock tombs. The town was great to explore and the beach was stunning and the river boat taxi was a great experience. (Only £2.50 return!) This has been the most relaxing holiday we have had. A large part of this is due to the help and advice Alan provided before we went and this enhanced the holiday! Alan was extremely friendly, informative and reassuring as this was our first Villa holiday. He was a real gentleman and kept us constantly updated and provided us with information and practical advice about the town, Villa, trips, taxis and restaurants. We would highly recommend Villa Eanda! Totally relaxing. Absolute bliss.

The owner Alan was on hand from the minute that we inquired about renting villa Eanda right through until we returned back home after our two weeks in Dalyan with information & recommendations for to make our holiday perfect. The property was clean & well maintained on our arrival & Alan has provided everything in the villa that you could possibly need right down to the juice machine for to juice those lovely oranges from the garden for fresh juice in the morning. We were met on arrival by Alan's manager Sinan & his family who were very friendly & helpful throughout our stay organizing taxis boat trips etc Alan has found a real gem in Sinan nothing is a bother to him and he is always on hand if needed both him and his family. we arrived with a party of nine people ranging in ages from early twenties to seventies & the villa is more than accommodating for such a large party. The villa is stunning & is perfectly located for a quiet relaxing holiday but close enough to Dalyan for a slow walk in for meals shopping etc we hired bicycles which we found ideal for getting around. We tried some of the recommendations on restaurants etc from Alan & we really enjoyed the Blue Moon, Safran, & lime Restaurants & I would highly recommend the boat trip to the beach & mud baths organized by Sinan the barbeque provided on the boat was fantastic. We have been on several villa holidays over the years but Villa Eanda is in a league of its own a five star villa in a five star location with a very helpful owner & a first class on site manager with a lovely family thank you so much Alan Sinan & family for making our holiday extra special. I would highly recommend this villa to any large groups looking for a perfect relaxing holiday in a lovely part of Turkey. My Response Steve Karen and family . Debbie E. said... 19 Oct 2014 Beautiful Villa Eanda Kurular Sokak, daylan, Mugla, 48660, Turkey Date of Stay 26 Sep 2014 Helpful votes: 3/0 This was our second visit to this beautiful villa last year there were 9 adults ranging from 23 to 74 staying for three weeks, this year there were just four adults ranging from 49 to 75. Villa Eanda has such a lovely homely feeling to it and has everything you would want and need to have a great holiday. From the 5 lovely double en-suite bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen to the gorgeous outside area with its perfect salt water pool, outside shower, beautiful large garden with lemon/lime trees, grapes and pomegranate orchards, which you can freely pick when ripe. There is plenty of room for sunbathing, a dip in the pool or jacuzzi, relaxing in the garden kurch or doing a BBQ for everyone down near the outside bar. We don't hire a car as we find it easy to book a cab (at around 15 TL into town) with the mobile phone that is provided with the villa. It can get very hot in peak times but there is always somewhere shady in the garden to sit and relax and the villa has plenty of umbrellas as well. My best point of this villa is the magical mountains, at the rear of the villa, I often sit staring at them, they are just amazing. Alan the owner of the villa will arrange almost anything for you, he is a true gentleman and keeps you up to date with everything before you arrive, he will book a hamper for when you arrive, sends you a good information pack before you go and has a great team in Turkey with Sinan and his family, making your stay the best that they can. Sinan also runs a lovely restaurant with amazing food and his wife's cakes are to die for (a must visit for a meal). I really hope that we will visit this villa again, the only downside to this villa is coming home. i miss it already and the lovely people that make our holidays special including visiting the Saturday market, finding a bargain. Alan we hope we can visit your villa again and see those magical mountains, sit on the balcony looking at the stars and just think we're in heaven, thank you for letting us share all of this, Debbie, Neil and family. Kurular Sokak, , Mugla, 48660, Turkey Date of Stay 19 Jul 2014 Our party (two families of 11 ranging 16-50) have just returned from a fantastic week at Villa Eanda. Alan (the owner) provided all the information we needed to maximise our stay, even arranging a pre-booked shopping list to be waiting as we arrived late in the evening. Alan's villa manager, Sinan and his family were extremely helpful and always available. We found the villa to be spacious, well equipped and finished to a high standard. The garden and pool area was again spacious, well laid out with plenty of seating. The jacuzzi was so relaxing, and the pool ideal for cooling off. The "boys" leave as unbeaten volleyball champions – maybe next year “girls”! The main town is family orientated with plenty of restaurant. We had good meals out, but also enjoyed BBQs at the villa. We hired cars and found them useful to travel to the beach, getting to the main town in the evening and carry the shopping for our party. However, the younger members found bikes to be as quick and gave them freedom to explore. We would certainly recommend a river boat trip. Sinan was helpful in organising a private boat for our party (Captain Zak). Cruising up river to the sea, swimming and a BBQ lunch, back to the lake and taking in the mud baths was certainly up there as one of the best days. In short, a great villa and location, friendly people and a relaxing holiday. Recommended for: Sightseeing, Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers.

elaine c. said... 20 Jun 2014 Perfect Property Kurular Sokak, , daylan, Mugla, 48660, Turkey Date of Stay 3 Jun 2014 Villa Eanda and it's setting is fabulous. The quality of the house, gardens and surrounding scenery (and wildlife) were a joy. Everything is maintained to a superb standard and the advice and assistance we had before and whilst we were on holiday was second to none. There is very little that hasn't been thought of to make the Villa a great holiday environment. I would recommend hiring a car - not expensive, and really worthwhile for seeing a bit of the area as the scenery is wonderful and the easy walk into town was a not quite so enjoyable in the heat of the day! We did hire bikes for a day as well, but be warned there are some good hills not far out! The choices of activities are wide and we had a lovely day driving over to Iztuzu beach and sunbathing and visiting the turtle rescue centre - very informative ( there are actually some little turtles in the stream at the Villa entrance!) and a great day out on a boat visiting the Caunos ancient city ruins and then going upstream to the lake stopping to bath(?!) in the mud-baths and hot spring baths. The Saturday market was great and we bought lots of fresh fruit, veg and cheeses as well as some excellent quality 'designer' copy polo shirts etc The main supermarkets are not the best place to buy your fresh food as there are very good fruit/veg;butchers; baker;fish monger etc off the main streets once you explore a bit. It's not a 'tidy' , pristine, 'made for tourist' type town, it's real and charming and full of local homes with goats and chickens and even the odd cow in their gardens - we loved it ! Every meal out was pretty good and some exceptional - the standard seems to be generally better than the norm! All the locals are very friendly and helpful - there were 10 of us - family/friends- ranging from 18-56 yrs and the Villa and whole holiday experience was well above expectation! Recommended for: Sightseeing, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers.
