Our Apartments are set in their own Gardens in a quiet area of Dalyan only 5 minutes walk to the centre of Dalyan and there are Supermarkets nearby. Our Apartments are newly built and are equipped with 2 Bedrooms and a Salon/Kitchen. There is Air-Conditioning in the Salon Area as well as Television which has BBC News. As well as the bedrooms there is a Sofa Bed in the Salon. The Kitchen has a Fridge, Kettle and a Gas Hob. Each Apartment has a Balcony with Table & Chairs.
There is a Swimming Pool at the front of the property and Sun Loungers for your use.
We have an Internet Connection that you can use.
The Owners live on site and can serve you Drinks, Breakfast and an Evening Meal if required.
About the Area
The Centre is 5 Minutes walk from the Apartments along with the Weekly Saturday Market. Dalyan has a wide range of Shops, Bars & Restaurants to suit everyones needs and tastes. Dalyan is set along a River and you can take daily boat trips to many different places including the Beach, Mud Baths, Hot Springs, Lake Trips, Fishing Trips and many more to try.
Iztuzu Beach is 35 Minutes from Dalyan by Taxi Boat or 20 Minutes by Road on a local Dolmus which leave Dalyan every 15 Minutes.
Dalyan is very green and peaceful and is located 25 Minutes from the International Airport at Dalaman.

enver and adell who own this property were very welcoming and could not do enough to make our stay a very enjoyable holiday. always on hand to help if you need it, adell is a fantastic cook and she makes a lentil soup that you must try if you stay there, would highly recommend these apartments as they really are only 5 min walk from town. cant wait to return next year

Karaca Apartments are clean and spacious approx. 8minutes walk into town centre for a choice of many restaurants and bars.Hosts Enver and Adile make their guests very welcome and can not do enough to make your stay very pleasant,Turkish breakfast made by Adile is very well presented and filling, we have stayed in Dalyan on several occasions and rate this stay as one of the best.

Just came back from a week at Karaca with Enver and Adelai. They couldnt have done more to welcome us. A genuinely lovely couple and the perfect hosts.
The rooms were lovely and clean and thankfully had heating as the weather was a bit hit and miss. The pool was also clean and well kept.
Adelai makes a mean Turkish buffet breakfast and Envers meatballs are to die for!
Situated just off the main street, it was the perfect location for local bars and restaurants but also very quiet at night.
We had three generations with us from 4 to 74 and all had an amazing time. Will definitely be going back. Thank you all so much.

This was my second visit to Dalyan but the most pleased one I spent in the town. I definitely recommend this apartment. The apartment is really good furnished, well equipped and there is no need to go outside to buy goods. Also center of the town is very close and local minibuses are available just near the apartment. The pool is beautifully cooling and is always clean. The owners of the apartment Enver and Adile are very nice persons and they behave so friendly. Their Turkish foods, especially barbeques have unique flavour and so tasty. I definitely will be returning.
We had a a lovely 7 days at Karaca apart in Dalyan..We highly recommend to anyone who would like a peaceful holiday. The apartments are clean and gardens are well kept and a few minutes walk to the market place and harbour. The owners will go out of their way to your holiday more enjoyable and do a fantastic evening barberque.
The apartment was like home from home and was very clean. Everythýng we needed was in the apartment.There was an site bar and they also do food on request . There home made turkish food was amazing and alcohol cheaper than in town. The owners enver and adile made us feel so at home and couldnt do enough for us.We would defýnately come back again.Michelle & Terry
