Home Dalyan is located in quiet and natural part of Dalyan where animals, trees, flowers bring relaxation. It is completely purified from crowd, sound, stress. Town center is only 20 minutes walk distance where you could find any kind of restaurants and shops.
Home Dalyan is very secluded and pool area can not be overlooked from any angle. Home Dalyan's garden is surrounded by bushes which provides a perfect degree of privacy. (Pool is active between 15 May-15 Oct)
Two large terraces with an attached pool terrace and a proximate kitchen gives the comfort of living even without a communication loss between your party members. A lawn area is also available just near the pool terrace
A wide range of equipments is available in Home Dalyan which brings you the comfort of your own house. A full private garden and swimming pool will give you the taste of a peaceful vacation even without stepping out Home Dalyan.

Dalyan is a very centrally located town which gives you the possibilty to make daily tours to the most beautiful Aegean and Meditteranean towns such as Fethiye, Marmaris, Bodrum, Datca, Gocek, Koycegiz, Kas, Kalkan.

Another fabulous holiday at Home Dalyan. As always a great welcome, this time from Kutay. The villa has everything you need, well equipped. spacious, clean and private. The pool is a good size and cleaned daily by the pool lady. Kutay's parents are always very welcoming and kind, and nothing is too much trouble should you need help or assistance. There is always a welcome pack of groceries and lovely homemade cakes. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year. Would have liked to return in September but fully booked. Thank you! and see you again soon.

We were welcomed by the owners who were more than happy to help us settle in. They drove us to the town and explained lots to us and advised us. The villa was perfect for us, very quiet and comfortable, all we needed for our stay. The grounds and garden were beautiful. We hired a quad bike to get around which we loved, we got to town and to the beach easily, we used the quad bike everyday more than once, it was an amazing experience. The beach is fantastic, clean and with good eating area. The one thing I would like to mention about the villa is the pool, I didn't realise it was deep the whole way, I couldn't touch the bottom at any point, maybe this was in the write up and I missed it - this could be dangerous for families with young children. The pool was cleaned daily, as was the patio area and garden. There were also lots of cats, we love cats so not a problem to us.
Overall we loved staying at Home Dalyan and would definitely visit again.

PERFECTION!
We have stayed in many places in Turkey, especially Dalyan and we have now found our perfect place.. a hidden gem!
AS 2 ladies in our senior years we were looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful, but near enough to Dalyan centre...we found it.
With a delayed flight we arrived at Home Dalyan around 3.30am, and Kutays parents were there to welcome us. Such a lovely couple, nothing to much trouble. Welcome pack and homemade cakes made for us. These thoughtful gestures count and were a godsend.
The villa is very homely, clean and everything you need. The pool is large with gardens and trees. The mountainous views from all aspects are stunning, it was wonderful just listening to the cockerels, cows sheep etc.
It is half hour walk into Dalyan Taxi back no problem.
Personally we cannot fault the villa...thankyou Kutay and wonderful parents! A fantastic holiday and will be returning.
A few points, the pool has no shallow end, about 6feet deep. Upstairs balconies perhaps not suitable for children.
There are quite a few well looked after cats around the property.

La villa est très bien située, elle n'est pas loin du centre ville et aussi de la mer ( Iztuzu). Nous avons été acceuilli par les parents du propriétaire, ils sont très gentils, la maman nous avait préparés des petits cakes fait maison, ils étaient délicieux, nous avons reçu aussi un petit pack de provision. La piscine était très bien entretenue, et l'eau était bien chaude. La maison est très bien isolé. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Merci pour tout.

We have recently returned from our first visit to Turkey and stayed at Home Dalyan. We were very pleased with the facilities of the villa, and the privacy it offered us. The villa is very well equipped, spacious and clean, and we think it would be a real pleasure for anyone to enjoy a holiday there. We arrived quite late in the evening, and were greeted by the owners parents, who were a delightful couple, nothing was too much trouble for them, they were very welcoming and kind. They even left us supplies for the next day, which included some delicious homemade cakes (we'd love the recipe!), so we didn't have to dash out the following morning and could take our time to find our bearings. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, loved Turkey and will definitely return. Thank you!
