Overview
Spacious accommodation consists of six bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, comfortable and extended living and dining areas seats 12, fully fitted and equipped kitchen and dining area including all the modern amenities full size cooker dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, George foreman griddle.
The ground floor is disabled friendly with a twin bedroom and wet shower room plus a king size double bedroom and full bathroom both bedrooms have private balconies.
The first floor has a twin with wet room shower and private balcony with another king size double and full bathroom.
The master suite is on the first floor with a double Jacuzzi bathroom plus separate shower wet room area and his and hers sinks. It has its own 20m2 balcony overlooking the pool and garden.
The top floor Topaz suite has a king size four poster with two children's alcove beds plus a double bed settee. The villa is unique in that six couples can have completely private bedrooms yet share the pool and ground terrace making for an idyllic holiday for families and safe for children with the top floor penthouse having no balcony .
Luxurious bedrooms and fittings
This beautifully furnished villa is set in it's private,palm tree lined gardens with superb semi circular floodlit pool with adjoining barbecue and terrace located amidst this nature conservation area.Built in the shape of a precious stone, DALYAN JEWEL offers panoramic views of the countryside from it's beautifully carved wooden 'SHARK' which is set at the rear of the property and allows you to watch the sunset at the end of the day in peace and harmony or sit in the covered bar area with its own fridge for a cooling beer or wine and sit around the 16 seated marble table.
Each bedroom has a balcony and the main veranda overlooks the private pool with adjoining waterfall feature, complete with garden furniture and poolside barbeque for late night revelry.
Fabulous beaches and scenery
Located in a secluded position but only 10 mins walk from the centre, this charming villa is equipped with every possible luxury convenience, including, air conditioning, dvd/cd/tape system, washing machine, dishwashers, fridge-freezers, cooker/ovens, microwaves, 2 dining sets, superb barbeque,10 sun loungers with umbrella shades, padded cushions, etc.

Great time in the villa. Large grand entrance through the garden openıng up to a dream lıke pıcturesc sunny yellow Jewel of a Vılla. The rooms are cosy and very homely, unlıke most vıllas that are plaın whıte and wıthout character. The pıctures dont do the place justıce. We set up a nice dinner table and had a family dinner in the garden. A party I can't forget. I hope to stay again. Dalyan was amazing, I feel jealous of anyone who has the luxury of living in Dalyan!

Just returned from a week in Dalyan and really enjoyed our stay at the Jewel. The villa is set in a nice and quiet area but close enough to enjoy a leisurely stroll into the centre. The pool area and gardens are fantastic , very clean and its paradise just sat there soaking up the sun and the atmosphere. Inside the villa it as everything you would need for your holiday and more , loads of space and lots of equipment . Nothing was to much trouble for the owner , met up with Charles a couple of times , great guy who will do everything he can to make your holiday a success. Theres nothing negative to say about Dalyan Jewel , had a great time and would rebook without any hesitation .

Property was what you would expect with a near new 5 en-suite bedroom villa. Location had the touch of surreal - new villas mixed with old properties, apartment hotels and seemingly subsistence farming, much on a dirt track roads. The owner was very helpful - he even supplied a coffee maker when we queried whether one was at the property.
Definitely worth a visit.

The accommodation far exceeded our expectations, there was everything and more than we could have hoped for. The complex was small and friendly, the children loved the pool.
Cherly and Ian, the owners, went far beyond the call of duty in assisting us, with taxis, information etc. There were instructions for all the equipment and nothing had been left to chance. All this really contributed to a relaxed and carefree holiday. And we would recommend both the accommodation and the owners to anyone.

This property is not very old and therefore was of an excellent standard. Most important for me was that it was nice and clean. All mod cons were supplied and the owner was extremely helpful with all queries (providing maps and local information). The house is in a central location in Paphos and therefore all amenities were close by. The only thing about Paphos is that there is a lot of building work going on so you are never too far from the noise of diggers! Will definitely be going back to Cyprus - we loved it!

Dalyanjewel is the ultimate holiday destination. The owners have spared no expense in furnishing and equiping the villa to the highest standard. The beds are blissfully comfortable and the decor tastefully luxurious. Whilst swimming in the pool or relaxing in the "shark" one is surrounded by the sound of birds and the grandeur of the mountains. If you can manage to tear yourself away from the villa (although I am sure you could spend a happy holiday without venturing outside) there are many attractions to fill your days. Beautiful beaches, forest walks, ruins of Caunos, Lycien rock tombs, stunning sunsets, boat trips, Turkish baths, masseurs, barbers, natural mudbaths, thermal springs, markets, shops, very reasonably priced restaurants and charming and friendly people.
