Overview
Only 200 metres from the river and centre of town, yet in a quiet area, but close to BC spa hotel bars restaurants cafes supermarkets etc. Disabled friendly, two ground floor bedrooms with wetrooms.

The villa is like a the Tardis because from the outside it looks like a normal villa. Once inside it feels huge with each floor covering 122m2 and the open plan lounge areas on the ground and basement floors are perfect for giving adults quiet time away from children, who can have their own space with flat screen, satellite TV etc., some English programmes.
Each bedroom has its own hairdryer.
Ground floor has a twin bedroom (disabled friendly) with ensuite shower room. Also a ground floor king size double with ensuite shower room and first floor has two king size doubles with ensuite shower rooms.
There is a large open plan ground floor lounge, kitchen, dining area and a huge basement cinema room.
The inside is decorated to a high standard with marble, granite, Cappadocian stone and personalised artwork in all of the rooms.
The furnishings are to the highest standard with sumptuous black leather suites on the ground floor lounge and 3 large settees in the basement.
The natural pool has a waterfall feature and a shallow end suitable for children and disabled.
The position is superb with mountain views and yet it is only 170 metres from the river and 200 metres from the town.
Peace and tranquillity but with the convenience to stroll down to the river, wander up the river bank to the lake or stroll into town, all options are open.
If you want to relax then sink into one of the 10 padded sun beds or sit in the Kosk (raised seating/reading/lounging area at the back of the villa with mountain views)

We ended up staying at Villa Victoria just opposite the Diamond due to a double booking but never the less it provided an amazing base for our family holiday. The villa was perfect for us a group of 7 adults and 2 children. Spacious, superb views and an excellent location within dalyan. The communication before and during our stay was excellent, the local agents were quick to respond to any queries we had. The only downside was the double booking, fortunately the alternative offered suited us just as well if not a little better so turned out great in the end. However I'd be keen to confirm any future booking with the local agents in addition to the confirmation from clickstay.

The villa is uniquely positioned being very close ( 200 metres to the river front and th evillage centre) to all ameniteis in th evillage yet in a quiet area. It is ideal for the elderly and also disabled who can stay on the ground floor and have easy access to the village and river front life . Collection from the airport is in air conditioned VIP vehicles with a wheelchair greeting you on arrival if required
