Villa Penny offers a tranquil hideaway in stunning surroundings on Turkey's Mediterranean coast. The villa has 4 bedrooms, AC throughout has a private pool and is extremely well equipped.
Overview
The villa was built in 2010 and sleeps 8 adults in comfort. It is well equipped with AC throughout, a fully fitted kitchen and features a private pool.
The villa is laid out over 3 floors; the ground floor comprises a kitchen, lounge, dining room, toilet and utility room. The 1st floor has 2 double bedrooms (one ensuite) and a twin room which shares a bathroom with the 2nd double. On the 2nd floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite and private balcony. All bedrooms have access to balconies with seating and stunning views.
All towels (including pool towels) and linen are provided and there is a utility room with washer/drier, iron & ironing board etc. There is satellite TV in the lounge with Netflix, Playstation, and Wii games consoles. DVDs can be played through the Playstation and there are a selection of DVDs available in the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and microwave, there is a water cooler and indoor and outdoor seating for 8.
The villa is situated in a beautiful forested valley surrounded by impressive mountains and overlooking an emerald green lake. The Dalaman region offers stunning scenery, a wealth of archaeological sites and the warm turquoise waters of the Mediterranean Sea.
The villa is part of a small complex with facilities including a large communal pool, restaurant with " birds nest" seating in the trees, horse riding, canoeing and boat trips on the lake with a range of other activities and excursions available

We had a great time thanks, the Villa was wonderful and the location beautiful. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We have left comments in the visitor book and suggested some new places to eat and visit. The people we met in Turkey were very genuine, nice good natured people and we felt welcome and safe at all times. Weather was baking, hitting 100+ every day so the air conditioning in the evening was great." We would certainly recommend the villa to anyone looking for a great high quality stay in Turkey.
"Thank you Sally and Alastair for another lovely week in Akkaya. Coming back to your lovely villa felt so familiar which meant we could switch off straight away and relax. The weather was superb and we enjoyed a couple of trips out to Itzuzu and Dalyan. Our aim was to have a very quiet holiday compared to previous years where we have been diving and canoeing, boat trips etc. We knew that all we wanted was that pool and that view."
