The property is in a private road about 500 feet above sea level, with fantastic views of the lowlands of Tobago and the amazing Atlantic ocean.
Split over 2 floors, each with two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, this property is ideal for a family and/or friends, getaway.
On entering the house there is a light airy kitchen.
Lounge/diner, with vaulted ceiling.
A pool table for your enjoyment.
The master bedroom leads off the lounge area, which then leads onto the balcony, with its amazing views.
From the TV lounge, which you can also access the balcony from, a further bedroom (double) is found.
Downstairs you have a further kitchen/dining/lounge area, where there is a put-u-up.
A small archway gives way to 2 double/family bedrooms.
The pool can be accessed from the downstairs or via the garden steps.
Both the pool and hot tub are heated by the sun only...which is more than efficient.
The pool itself is a mere 4ft deep, so even those that aren't sure of their swimming skills can enjoy the pleasure of cooling off..
The garden has a wide variety of flora...as well as an abundance of wild life.
Fruit can be picked from the trees when ready....Enjoy.
Parking for 4/5 cars on driveway.
A bar B Q, charcoal or coconut only, is also provided.
