Leelawadee - Luxury Villa With Private Pool Near Walking Street

Great communication before and upon arrival, very friendly staff. Property was very clean and well laid out, everything we needed was there. The property is in a great location with good local and international food within walking distance. Great swimming pool that we spent a lot of our holiday in. Overall we were very happy with our stay in the villa, we hope to return soon.

We really loved the villa. It is very spacious and in a nice quiet location. There are plenty of shops nearby and the beaches easy to get to. Everything we needed was thought of and the hotel service and host were great.

The villa is fantastic! A really stylish interior coupled with a spacious living area and prime location made for a great stay. The pool is a great addition, and it's really close to the main shops and restaurants. Would definitely return. 5 stars!

숙박주인이신 피터라는 분과 관리하시는 호여사님 매너 정말좋으시구요~~ 영어만 된다면 여기숙소 왕 추천합니다~~~ 근데 굳이 영어 안되도 어플로 이용해서 대화하는것도 괜찮아요~~^^ 가족여행으로 숙박하기너무 좋고 특히 아이들이 숙소에있는 수영장에서 놀기를 너무좋아했습디다~~^^

Outside the villa is situated in a good location on a spacious corner position and has a fantastic pool and jacuzzi. Inside it has lovely open architecture and interior design with top quality furniture, beds and kitchen appliances with a huge kitchen.

Great value for money. Ideal all for large family accommodation.

Мы отдыхали на этой вилле с 05.04.18 по 19.04.18 всей семьей. Компания у нас была большая: 4 взрослых, 2 подростков и 2 маленьких детей. Мы отлично разместились, в доме 4 спальни. Нам все понравилось, комфортно и уютно, чисто и свежо. Район действительно тихий, мы наслаждались тишиной. Хозяева все предусмотрели, чтобы отдых был на высшем уровне. Помогли нам арендовать такси от/до аэропорта Бангкока и на поездки в Паттайе. Были всегда на связи и отвечали на наши любые вопросы. Очень благодарны, что в доме была аптечка с медикаментами. Бывало не раз приходилось в нее заглядывать. Также нас впечатлило и обрадовало большое количество посуды, набор столовых приборов. Мы готовили еду с удовольствием. Также хочу отметить большой выбор кухонных бытовых приборов. Конечно, мы всем не воспользовались, но было приятно делать смузи своими руками с помощью отличного блендера хозяев. Так как мы отдыхали две недели, то после первой недели проживания нам меняли постельное белье и сделали уборку во всем доме. А так в остальные дни мы сами поддерживали чистоту, и это было несложно. Близлежащие магазины, супермаркет, рынки и массажные салоны мы обследовали, все нас устраивало.

We 6 adults3 kids and 1 baby enjoy the days in Peter'house. He is considerate,warm-hearted and gentle.before we go he provides much detailed information and always be ready to give immediate reply. The house itself is very very good,well-equipped,especially the fantastic swimming pool,the kids spent a lot of time in it and unwilling to leave. 711 and family mart is nearby,another bigger super market where we got food material is within 10mins walk distance.if you want to have a quiet holiday with family members,Pete'will be a definitely perfect choice for you. If you want to go to the beach or the central Pattaya,you can take taxi . By the way,the agent Hans and his wife are responsible for every thing in this room. It is unforgettable experience in the 3days.

★★★★★ A Brilliant Break We had a brilliant break away from it all and really enjoyed this holiday with the family. There was a lot to keep us all occupied with plenty to do in the local area. The local beach was close and we could shop in the local street market as well as the shopping mall. I got spoiled as we ate out a lot and found plenty of variety at reasonable prices. This villa and the facilities within the villa were amazing. It is well maintained and clean also it looked newly decorated. As a family we enjoyed spending our evenings in the garden and the kids even took a dip in the pool as it was a nice private space to enjoy. We occasionally enjoyed the local night life. In all it was agreed it was a great holiday which the whole family enjoyed.

★★★★★ Special Family Holiday We wanted a family holiday with adults and teens spending quality time together and this certainly was the place to do just that. We had the most fantastic time together. This villa will be one we pick again. The decor looked recently done and was so clean looking. We found lots to do shopping, the beach, night life, golf and swimming. The list is endless but the best part was definitely the villa. My husband chose it and it was a good choice. With all the extra amenities it made it a holiday we will all have great memories of. We have already booked for another holiday next year and we can't wait

★★★★★ We were very pleasantly surprised as we dint know what we would find on this vacation! My family's stay at this newly and tastefully renovated rental home was quite short at only 5 days, so we will be returning as soon a possible for the following reasons: This home is spacious and we found that every one in our family had there own comfortable personal space, "we were not tripping over each other" & the lounge, well equipped kitchen & dining areas were spacious. My daughter was very happy that the Wi-fi was fast and reliable so she was able to stay in touch with her friends and most importantly the boyfriend (constantly)!! The "Jomtien" beach was our favourite daytime hangout, we found it to be very easy and only took 10 minutes to drive to in our rental car, we did however explore the area a little and in the short time we had we discovered a massive waterpark, fishing villages, beautiful temples and even a great vineyard. Shopping and nightlife entertainment was found in abundance "down town" and was all very different and fascinating from my own home town of London. The swimming pool at the home was extremely pleasant in the early evening and the whole family really enjoyed it and on 2 evenings we cooked up a great poolside Bar-B-Q. The local high street (not sure if its called that by the locals) was a 2 min walk away and had a good selection of mini supermarkets, local shops, market and even an Irish Pub!! In all the family had a great time and we will be returning next year and plan to stay a bit longer.

★★★★★ I stayed at Baan Leelawadee for a week with my family of six. We loved our stay there, it is a fantastic Villa, beautifully and thoughtfully done-out to a high standard with everything new. There was lots of space, large bedrooms, a huge kitchen and big walk-in en-suite bathroom. The kids loved the "Jungle" room which opens out into the garden. They also loved the pool and jacuzzi and spent hours every day playing in it. It was also very relaxing in the evening eating out next to it with the cool pool and garden lights. It was well equipped with really comfortable beds and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It was also nice having the main road and plenty of shops just 2 mins walk away including the Irish Pub for great cheap food. The main road also had plenty of cheap taxis that could take you to the beach, Walking Street or downtown Pattaya in 10-15 mins. Hans was a great host and sorted out a few minor problems with no drama. So sorry to leave as felt so much at home here - but will be back soon!

Me and 5 friends booked a 5 day girls stay at Baan Leelawadee. It was lovely to stay in a nice new clean villa that has been done-up to a really good standard. We loved relaxing by the pool and the place was so cool with the ceiling fans that we never had to use the air-con. The location was great with plenty of local shops on the door-step and the host was very helpful when we needed anything. We loved it so much we were so sad to leave but will be back again soon for some more R&R for sure!

I booked a 10 days holiday for my wife and 3 kids aged 15, 13 and 9 in this delightful Thai villa where everything was new and nicely done out. The days we didn't go out on trips they spent hours playing in the adorable swimming pool only stopping to eat and drink. This was truly a luxurious experience with everything we needed for a restful time. If we ran out of anything the local shops were great. We also took in some of the local kids shows (dolphins, snake and crocodile farm) and beaches that were really easy to get to from Pattaya Hills. We also sampled some of the local restaurants which served high quality European food as well as Thai and hit the larger markets in town one day. I would highly recommend Baan Leelawadee to any family looking to stay in Pattaya.
