Villa Liu, Koh Samui, Nathon

房东很热情，别墅很漂亮，从卧室可以看到美丽的日出和日落。厨房设施也很完备，日常做饭很方便。傍晚时和朋友们在泳池里游泳看落日非常享受。房东每天都会过来打扫卫生，是个很nice的俄国人。十分推荐这个房子。

Вилла очень крутая! Находится в джунглях вдали от суеты. Есть огромный бассейн с прекрасным видом на залив и закаты ❤️. Есть большая гостиная с кухней и со всеми удобствами для готовки, а также есть все для барбекю. Во всех комнатах (их 3) панорамные окна с красивым видом. Уборка сада и бассейна раз в 3 дня, а комнат и смена белья раз в неделю. Есть парковка на 2 машины. Жили тут во время медового месяца и хотим сказать большое спасибо Владимиру, за то что так радушно принял нас, забрал из аэропорта, провёл небольшую экскурсию по городу и местам где можно купить фрукты, сим-карты и прочие нужные вещи. Спасибо за угощение, помощь и советы по ходу нашего проживания и даже после. Естественно минусов для себя не нашли. Все прошло на отлично. Фото виллы полностью соответствуют.

The house was beautiful and the host was even better! Would 100% recommend to any friend or family

Our stay in villa Liu was very comfortable and cozy. Vladimir was a great host he picked us up at the pier which was very convenient. The villa is only 5 mins drive away from the pier. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. All the rooms have a private bathroom with a shower. Ours even had a bathtub. We stayed with 2 Dutch families (4 adults and 4 children age 7-11). The kids really enjoyed the pool and there was enough space to relax for the adults. The view is amazing and the garden is very well kept. You will find yourself amidst well-kept palm trees. You do need to rent scooters to go around to other places on the island. Scooters can be rent for only 250 baht per day. The kitchen is well equipped but we mainly used it to prepare breakfast and snacks for the kids. There are a few decent restaurants nearby or we just got take away from the many Thai food stalls at the market. We used the scooters to visit the nearby Lipa Noi beach but also went all the way to Big Budha, visit some waterfalls and Lamai Beach. Personally I liked the low key location of Nathon, the spa in the main shopping street is highly recommended (clean, good price and great massages) as well as coffee shop Horizon further down the road. The seas side restaurant Sunset has decent food but is a great location for dinner. I would highly recommend to be adventurous and try the Thai local hot pot and BBQ for 250 baht per adult. This restaurant is located just passed the little roundabout on the left on the way to Lipa Noi. Lipa Noi beach is low key as well, you could visit the beach club Nikki Beach or just lie on the beach and have a local massage. We stayed for New Year and celebrated at a hotel in Bohput where they had lots of fireworks and a great beach party. All in all a great stay.

This place really is breathtaking! Situated high up in the hills the trade off for being there are spectacular views. Rooms are lovely with amazing views too and the pool great and very safe for kids. Would defo recommend.

Really stunning place with a wonderful view. Better than the photos. Location was difficult to find so when we got there we couldn’t get to the shops or get food easily - the host managed to arrange a homemade delivery meal that was exceptional. Shame to have just stayed a short while. Only other thing was the host had cctv cameras and had watched us in the communal areas through it - however was very prompt and helpful when replying. Overall would recommend this place for sure.

This house is beautiful. There are many beds and many pillows and excellent swimming pool. You will post many photos on Instagram the views are absolutely stunning from bedroom or pool. Vlad will make you home like family and you will smile and laugh whenever he talks. If you are lucky his enthusiasm for life will rub off on you. The price of being so private and peaceful is that you must make sure you have rental car or motorbike sorted or be very patient with Grab taxi. If you came to Samui for west coast sunset photos this is for you.

This villa is seriously amazing! It really is as nice as the pictures look. The beds and rooms are super comfortable, the bathrooms are very nice, and the views from the bedrooms include palm trees and the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the necessities to cook family dinners, a tv with YouTube for music and Netflix. There is a full dining room table and sofa common area. Laundry is available and detergent is supplied. If you haven’t spent much time in Thailand, you might overlook what he said about “drinking from the well” but you shouldn’t! After spending a month traveling through Thailand drinking fresh clean water from the tap was a luxury! Otherwise you have to buy it at the store. Vladimir is a great host, we got to chat with him some as he stopped by to maintain the beautiful garden. Some of the previous reviews led me to believe Vladimir lives in the second villa, but he doesn’t. He just comes by to tend to the plants and clean the pool every couple of days. The pool is very well maintained and overlooks the ocean, the entire pool area is surrounded by a gorgeous garden. Vladimir is the best kind of host. He leaves you to the privacy of your own home, but he’s always available to help out and make you comfortable. After spending a lot of time traveling through Thailand, I took the time to write this review because this is a great value, great home, and great host. Book this place!!!!

Wir haben zu acht eine grandiose Woche in Vladimirs Traumvilla verbracht. Die Villa ist genau wie auf den Fotos - der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer und vom Pool ist unbeschreiblich schön, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang. Ansonsten ist die Villa gut ausgestattet, mit Roller / Auto zentral genug und Vladimir, der Host, unheimlich hilfsbereit!! Er hat uns vom Pier abgeholt, zur Villa gefahren, hat uns alles gezeigt und ist dann sogar noch mit uns zum Nachtmarkt und einkaufen gefahren - tausend Dank dafür :) Wir kommen gerne wieder und würden unseren Freunden und Familien definitiv empfehlen Villa Liu auf Koh Samui zu buchen!

Amazing peaceful and stylish villa. Vladimir abode was perfect for us, a group of friends, we enjoyed the view of ocean straight from our pool under beautiful palm trees. This villa will blow you away! Vladimir was a great host he treated us with kindness and we felt like family right away. The pool was excellent, super clean and warm. His kitchen is fully loaded with cooking utensils and we cooked wonderful meals. This place is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. The sunsets are magnificent and we took beautiful pictures while laying by the pool. The beds are comfortable and the sheets smell fresh. A lot of craftsmanship went into building this villa and it shows from the perfect tile and stone work to the outstanding wood work. Vladimir has a wonderful garden with lime and banana trees. The sea view all day long is picturesque. I love this place and would rebook it again and again! His dog is the sweetest. Thanks Vladimir for making our trip special by sharing your wonderful villa with us!

Merci encore à Vladimir ! Très réactif pour nous répondre . Nous venons de passer la nuit dans sa superbe Villa (c'est encore plus jolie que les photos!! ) Vladimir nous a accueilli avec plus de 1 heure d'avance avec le sourire ! Nous avions des fruit frais à disposition , bien équipée (lave linge ,grill pain ..) Malgré la barrière de la langue avec notre niveau en anglais , nous avons pu échanger et rire ensemble ! Vladimir a eu la gentillesse de nous sortir le barbecue (avec un marché de poisson à 5 min de la villa en scooter un vrai régal !) Niveau villa elle est située en sorte que vous ayez la plus belle vu du coucher du soleil . Elle se comporte sur 3 étages , au premier la cuisine , au second la piscine ,au troisième les chambres . Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un magnifique couché du soleil dans la piscine à débordement vu sur l'océan (JUSTE MAGIQUE) ! Merci encore à Vladimir et Sans oublier son adorable petit chien Yasya pour se moment inoubliable pour nos vacances sur Koh Samui ! Océane

BEST HOST EVER! Awesome stay at his villa, best sunset view on the island, forget bars or beaches, Villa Liu is the place to be. Vladimir is an amazing guy, great story teller, great company, also his little dog yasya is amazing and so sweet. We had a blast, in his villa and getting to know Vladimir. The sunset is amazing, the pool, the rooms, the decoration. Everythink, really close to food and the beach, its on the calm part of the island, away from the madness and ibiza like area. Perfect stay!

Отдыхали с семьей в Тае не первый раз, до этого останавливались на Пхукете, в этот раз решили остановиться на Самуи. И ни чуть не ошиблись. Вилла уютная,чувствуешь себя как дома, все необходимое есть. Тихая, умиротворяющая обстановка. Много зелени и, в отличии от некоторых вил Пхукета , не пришлось делить территорию с муравьями, комары тоже нам не встретились. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, подсказал куда можно сходить и где лучше взять экскурсию. Боялись, что на острове не будет развитой инфраструктуры, но нет, магазинов и кафе достаточно, конечно развлечений на острове нет. Если вы хотите отдохнуть от шумного Патонга и подзарядиться энергией, то Вилла Лю на Самуи отличный выбор и соотношение цена/качество.

Всем рекомендую эту Виллу. Сад очень ухоженный. Комнаты чистые и просторные. Большая кухня, есть вся необходимая посуда. А вид на залив просто шикарен!!!!

Beautiful Villa!Very good location-close to the city, where many cafes, shops and at the same time a beautiful and quiet place surrounded by a magnificent garden with a great pool ! This is the place where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset of Samui! I will definitely come back here again!

Nous avons loué cette villa qui se trouve en hauteur pour une semaine avec ma famille (on était 3) que dire de plus c’est que du bonheur. Loin du bruit et de l’agitation cette villa offre des volumes généreux. Tout est propre. La piscine avec une vue magnifique est une pure merveille. D’ailleurs des très belles vue de presque toutes les pièces de la villa. La villa est noyée dans la végétation. Chaque chambre possède sa salle de bain privative. 3 chambres, 1 salon avec cuisine équipé la villa possède tout matériel nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. A recommander sans hésiter.

Хотела сказать огромное спасибо за свой незабываемый отдых в Таиланде на острове Самуи. Вилла «Лю»-отличное место для тихого, спокойного отдыха, которого так ждала. Я сбежала туда для того, чтоб разобраться в своих мыслях и отношениях. Именно там, приняла судьбоносное решение. Помню, как всю ночь просидела на веранде, общаясь с друзьями в интернете, прерываясь лишь на то, чтоб освежиться в манящем бассейне. Я встречала на вилле закаты и рассветы. Вообще, там самые красивые закаты, которые я когда-либо видела. Вилла «Лю» расположена на горе и оттуда открываются шикарные виды. Мне повезло, и у меня был выбор комнаты, как мне кажется, я выбрала с самым лучшим видом из окна, часто уже перед сном я сидела в круглом плетеном кресле, наслаждаясь умиротворением ночи. Хотела поблагодарить Владимира-хозяина Виллы «Лю», за его радушие, открытость и доброжелательность. Он создавал семейную атмосферу вокруг себя, но никогда не навязывался. Кстати, мне всегда было интересно, откуда появилось это название «Лю», набравшись смелости, я все же спросила у хозяина виллы. Оказывается так, он называет свою любимую женщину, мне кажется это очень мило и даже романтично! Еще меня радовало то, с какой любовью и заботой хозяин следит за своим домом, приглашает чистильщика бассейна и садовника. Так необычно видеть растущие на территории лайм, кокосы и особенно бананы. :) Я обязательно вернусь к Вам снова…
