Luxury 4 Bed Villa Private Pool Bbq Jometien Beach

Very nice house away from the noise of Pattaya. It always takes about 20 to 30 minutes by Taxi to do the main activities in the city, but with the apps it is very affordable. The house is equipped with 3 bedrooms and 4 is independent in the garden, but with the same comfort as the others. Photos accurately reflect the space Ching is very responsive during our exchanges for any questions. If you want a quiet house, with a pool and not too far from activities then it is made for you.

I would like to thank Ching, for a great time in the villa, very cozy, has everything you need, a great garden, a swimming pool that was cleaned 2-3 times a week. Many thanks to Jenny who is always available and helps with all the solutions, taxis, tours, places to eat, how to get there and so on. I recommend the villa to everyone in excellent condition)

It's a perfect villa. We altogether 8 people enjoy it. Ching and Jenny are both hospitable. And we can communicate well. The villa is comfortable and convenient to cook. My daughter liked the swimming pool best. We had a good time playing in it.

lan and Ching are fabulous hosts and their villa is stunning. It's situated just off a main road and shops, an outdoor food market and restaurants are just a short walk away. There are 3 king size bedrooms in the main house and another in the annex next to the house, all were spotlessly clean. Full air conditioning throughout the house which we had on all the time we were in the villa. Beware though as only a certain amount of electricity is included, we had to pay an additional amount as we went over, even though we were careful (although doing a load of washing probably didn't help!). All washing liquid and softener supplied, but we had to buy a cleaning spray (no cleaning is included but you can ask for a cleaner at additional cost if required). We had an issue with the dishwasher not working, lan sorted this out very quickly and had a new one delivered that day! Thank you ian and Ching

The house was clean and the host was friendly and the room was just the right size and comfortable for the five of us.The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cooked breakfast for several days. The pool party was even more memorable for us, all in all a great value!

Ching's place is a great home away from home (perfect for holidaying families or travelling couples) that enables you to be close enough to explore the sights and delights of Pattaya but also enjoy a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle. Check-in and check-out were personally facilitated. And anything that was not covered was clearly outlined in a welcome pack that detailed features and functions of the house as well as information about local attractions and eateries. The house was clean and well stocked in toiletries, bedding, crockery, cutlery and kitchen appliances. There was even a water cooler with several tanks of water provided. The house was spacious, tastefully decorated and each bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom because, as the member of any large family will tell you, there is no such thing as too many bathrooms! Should you fancy a relaxing night in, the fans and colourful fairy lights around the pool area added to the ambience. Or, inside, there was the comfort of the sofa and a widescreen tv with Netflix. And for those looking to kick off a night out on Walking Street with a night in: two hefty speakers and microphones offered the opportunity for an entertaining start to the night.

It's an amazing villa! We booked a car from DMK airport, and it took two hours at night. Ching was waiting for us. The location is a little difficult to tell from the beginning. But we gave Ching's phone number to the driver and arrived finally. The villa is clean and beautiful as pictured. Four bedrooms have washing rooms which is rather convenient. The kitchen has everything you need, anything else can buy from 7-11 or Tesco nearby. We have three couples and stayed for four days, everyone liked the villa. Each morning we waked up and made some breakfast, then went out. Just need to go through suger canes, many tutus or taxi went by. It's not far away from Terminal 21, central festival, jomtien walking street and so on. Every night, we backed to the villa, watch some moives and have some beers at the big living room. It's really relax and enjoyable to stay here. WI recommend to friends definitely.
