The entrance to the villa opens into an airy, extremely large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. In front of this is the large infinity-edge pool which is perfect for swimming laps or cooling off during the hot sunny days. The Villa is an extremely spacious and private residence with stunning panoramic sea views over Matlang Island and Chaweng Bay from every location in the villa. It is the perfect residence for multiple families or groups of friends.
The property is situated in the exclusive Narayan Heights estate, one of the most exclusive property developments on Samui and is made up of a variety of individually designed luxury homes with the added benefit of gated 24 hr security which offers privacy and seclusion and yet is only a 5-minute drive from the Samui's bustling shopping, beaches and nightlife hub, Chaweng. Additionally, IslandView Villa is just 10 minutes from Samui International Airport so you wont have a long trip to the other side of the island after your flight.
The 6 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, are all fully air-conditioned along with ceiling fans. All have seaviews.
An outdoor jacuzzi on the upper balcony sets the scene for some of most fantastic views of the island. The large open sun terrace and pool deck which has an alfresco dining area and further seating and is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the fantastic sea views.
There is also a 12-person private cinema, fitted out with plush leather electric recliners, a large projector screen and state-of-the-art surround sound speakers and a media center loaded with the latest movies as well as a Blue Ray DVD player should you choose to bring or rent your own selection of movies . This home theater is also connected to the internet for presentations or connection to you own laptops content is also available.
We have a full time Villa Manager; who will ensure that you can have the best experience possible, from the time you arrive at the Villa until you depart. Guests can also have the choice in-house dining provided by our cook in the villa from our standard menu, or alternatively catering can be arranged to suit your specific requirements based upon cost of food and service charge. Please ask to see our standard menu and our shop and cook options if you are interested. Alternatively you are most welcome to use any of the three kitchens in the villa and cook for yourselves, we will do the cleaning up for you. We will also give you list of restaurants of varying styles which can deliver to the Villa at short notice if this is what you want. We also provide free "Thai Cooking Shows" as we prepare food for you. We can provide a 5 Star Service for you or just discretely step back and let you get on with your holiday as privately as you wish.
The villa is equipped with everything needed for either long or short term holidays and our 3 full time staff are always standing by to serve and assist you. It's the perfect place to host events such as weddings or other functions. Daily cleaning services are standard and you can ask our Villa Manager to can assist you with arranging trips, car or bike hire and indeed most things during your stay as required. In order to ensure a high level of service and security at least one of our staff live at the quarters to the rear of the villa 24 hours per day.
Bed linen is changed two times per week. Laundry services are available at extra cost or you are welcome to use our laundry if you wish.
Thai massage services are available in the Villa by prior arrangement. We are only 2 minutes drive to Absolute Yoga, the islands premier yoga center where we can arrange special packages and pickup.

This villa was absolutely AMAZING! I stayed here with 14 of my friends and family in February and everyone was blown away from how fantastic the villa was. As soon as you walk through the big double front doors, the view of the pool over looking at the island. Ann the property manager was friendly and very helpful and so was the staff at the villa. David the owner was also very helpful and always replied to my email promptly.
All the rooms at the villa were massive, the place was always clean. The villa is up a hill so away from busy Chaweng but then if you want to go out the staff will help you call a taxi.
Overall we loved this place and highly recommend for anyone going to Ko Samui to stay here.

What a villa , even better than the photo's showed , which is hard to believe I know. when you book a villa like this through a letting company you always feel a little apprehensive thinking hope it's as nice as it looks in the photos but WOW !!!!!!!!! The staff were so helpful through the week without intruding on your holiday , Ya who is the head of the staff arranged everything from minibus and taxi pick ups to arranging site seeing trips for us she was brilliant. The infinity pool over looking the island was out of this world , we took it in line to pose for phot'o's with the island in the background for our show off photo's to our friends back home via facebook, i could write a book on the beauties of this villa but i will leave it there, and let you decide whether you think it's amazing PS We are actually planning to return as a family for New year 2015, it was that good
The view is very nice, a fantastic seaview from every room and very large pool were we spent most of the time either in the pool or around it in the shaded areas outside the living room and bedroom areas. When we had enough of the sun we would go downstairs to to the superb cinema or the gym or when we tired ourselves out to the spa area where we could have massages or facials. Close to the airport. Very good service from the staff. Can walk 3 minutes to the beach near the villa or take Seongtheaw for 50 baht /person to the Chaweng bars and beach area. For our family we preferred the quieter beached of Cheongmon where the kids could play on the beach. We will go back again first chance we get and already have recommend to my friends to go on holiday there. Excellent value for money for our large group ! 5 star setting with privacy for 3 star prices.
“Fantastic” The villa is exactly as in the photos. The staff can not do enough for you ,but are not intrusive and the villa is only a two minutes drive from an array of restaurants and beaches.We are a family with young children and teenagers who have travelled extensively and we all agree this is probably the best villa we have stayed in.A real gem.
“Truly beautiful and memorable” July 17, 2014 for a stay in June 2014 I went on this trip with about 11 of my friends for about 7 days, and honestly, the villa made the trip equally as amazing as the place itself. The staff at the villa itself were so accommodating and welcoming throughout the stay. Plus the view was gorgeous! A plus point was that the villa itself isn't far from Chaweng beach and other tourists sites which made transport very easy and affordable. Speaking of transport, the staff there also helped a lot in providing transport to and from places, including an airport pick up, which honestly made the trip easier. We also barbecued one night which was amazing. I seriously would recommend this villa to anyone who is planning to spend time, chill and relax in Koh Samui. ...just as a side note, the villa in reality looks as good as the pictures, plus it has a gym and a cinema
“Amazing villa, amazing views” A group of 11 of us stayed at Islandview in April. Views from the villa were amazing and with only a 5-10 minute walk to beach and nearby hotels the location was great. We were met at the airport by Tash and throughout our stay he and the other on-site staff were helpful and unobtrusive. The villa has great facilities including the home cinema and steam room. Rooms are large. In all a fantastic rental and ideal for a large group - I would certainly recommend it.
“Most Amazing House I Have Ever Seen!!!” It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this stunning seaside house. Walking in through the front door you are instantly blown away by the unbelievable, panoramic sea view. The rooms are huge, luxurious and all have sweeping sea views. We particularly loved the infinity edge pool and in-house Cinema! It's located in a safe, private estate but also within easy reach of Chaweng and Fisherman's Village. We can't wait to come back!!!
