Klein paradijs... 10 Liked · Prachtig ruim huis met een fijn groot aflopend zwembad. Het ligt in een rustige straat en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen vakantie. Een strand op loopafstand en een paar heerlijke restaurantjes, winkel voor boodschappen, tourbureau en massage salons voor de deur. De ontvangst en sevice van de staf is super en heel persoonlijk. Stay here if you can!! This is such a beautiful house with every little detail thought out. Book this house if you can! Soft lovely bedding, fully stocked utensils and even a lovely welcome pack which was very appreciated. The furniture is confortable, everything worked and the outdoors is locely. Jacquie goes over and beyond for her guests and makes you feel like home and really cares about her guests. The house is located around a 7min walk to the beach but there are restaurants, massage shops, laundry and even a gym and Muay Thai gym nearby. We ended up using the driver almost every day who the villa use to bring you to the house as he was very reasonable and reliable. We loved our stay, thank you so much. Highly recommend house and we hope to be back!

Just lovely! We had lots of correspondence with the owner Jacquie and once there Gaynor the manager, Mr Chicken the driver and the villa staff took great care of us. The villa was fresh, clean, well equipped and the pool and garden area are fantastic! The kids loved the pool and we loved relaxing around the pool. Beach close by, little shops, good food and topped off with a couple of massages and the bonus of the Elephant Sanctuary not too far away. Great holiday

They stay at BTT3 was lovely and in line with what we were looking for. A small quiet, neighborhood tucked away in Samui with everything you need in walking distance. The house itself is lovely with a good sized pool and ample sun. We had a medical emergency during our trip and Jacquie and her team were super helpful - and we were grateful to them for helping us through it all. We would definitely return here again.

So Relaxing and Great location near the beach! We stayed here as a pre Christmas treat and other family members rented the villa next door. Loved the villa and its great location near to the beach, quiet restaurants, a few places for cocktails, shop for coffees and food. The manager was really helpful and suggested places to visit. The beach was amazing and the villa had everything that we needed and more. Great pool and space to sunbath, comfortable beds. Would like to come back again.

The villa was very nice. The communication was quick and very friendly. We were picked up upon arrival and brought to the airport as we left. The apartment was cleaned twice a week. Next to the apartment was a scooter rental, some small restaurants and a supermarket. We got very good recommendations and help. I can highly recommend to stay at this nice villa!

Fantastic stay at Jacquie’s villa. Neighborhood is really quiet and nice. Beach is nice and 300 m far away. Plenty of restaurants and groceries around. Easy to rent scooters and drive to Bophut and Nathon. It is a little paradise away from the noisy part of the Island. Everything is well organized to welcome you when you land in Samui. You can book without hesitation !

Little piece of paradise This was our first time staying in the area of Ban Tai, even though we have travelled to Koh Samui quite a few times. The location of the villa was fantastic, it had everything we needed and the large pool was put to great use. There are little convenience stores just outside the villa, with everything you need and great places to eat so close by. Fantasic Villa for a chilled out Break Anne and I had a fantastic, relaxing time here. Jacquie has equiped the Villa to a very high standard and when combined with wifi, a netflix package and an amazing pool within the walled private gardens its just sublime. The beach is a short walk away and there are some local mom and pop stores and resturants within minutes of the villa. If you get a little incling to venture slightly further afield there is Bophut fishermans village with the friday nights walking market. There are also some great little chill out bar resturants in the surounding area. A big thanks to Jacquie for making the villa available to us and to Sue the Villa manager who was polite and very informative on the area. We had an amazingly relaxing holiday here and I'm sure you will too.

Lovely villa in great location This is a lovely villa which provides all you could need. The pool is great; as our 3 teenagers testified (7 of us went - 2 families)! The 2 main bedrooms are very well appointed and tastefully furnished. The third bedroom is large enough for those teenagers. Sue (or Tuch) is on hand to greet and help greatly during your stay - Sue advised us on getting around and seeing the sites. The villa was cleaned twice we were there with new towels. The shops, taxi hire, booking of trips, massage places, restaurants just round the corner are good with very friendly and helpful owners. This is situated in a quieter part of the Island - the beach is a 5 minute walk and lovely - the best beach we found and never busy. Many thanks Jacquie for letting us stay in your great villa and for Sue greatly helping while we were there.

Cette villa est parfaite pour accueillir 7 personnes Nous étions 2 familles . La villa est très bien située , la plage à 5mn à pied , le restaurant du ressort mimosa excellent ! Les petits commerces dans la rue .. tout est à porté de main . La villa est très bien équipée , la piscine superbe , l’accueil et les services proposés parfait ! Et si l’on veut un peu sortir, restaurant et shopping le village de Fischer man est top ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour .

Die Villa ist Toll! Die Villa sowie der Aussenbereich sind sehr grosszügig gestaltet und der Pool ist wirklich gross und einfach herrlich. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind mit je einem eigenen Bad ausgestattet. Die Küche ist wirklich hervorragend ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Direkt vor der Haustüre hat es ein kleines Geschäft in dem man das nötigste einkaufen kann, aber auch ein 7/11 ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Auch mehrere sehr gute Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Direkt vor der Haustüre ist ein Scooter-Verleih bei dem wir Scooter gemietet haben um an die verschiedenen Strände zu gelangen und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Ein Strandabschnitt ist nur wenige Minuten von der Villa entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Jacquie war sehr gut und es wurde immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Jacquie hat uns auch bereits vor der Reise Infos und Tipps gegeben. Vor Ort konnten wir uns an Sue wenden wenn wir Fragen hatten und es wurde sofort reagiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Ferien geniessen. Wir empfehlen die Villa auf jeden Fall weiter! The villa is great! The villa and outdoor area are very spacious and the pool is really large and simply magnificent. The three bedrooms are each equipped with a private bathroom. The kitchen is really excellently equipped with everything you need. Right at your doorstep there is a small shop where you can shop for the most necessary things, but also a 7/11 is just a few steps away. Also several very good restaurants are nearby. Right at your doorstep is a scooter rental shop where we rented scooters to get to the various beaches and explore the surroundings. A stretch of beach is just minutes from the villa. The communication with Jacquie was very good and there was always a very quick response. Jacquie also gave us information and tips before the trip. On site we could contact Sue if we had any questions and they responded immediately. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our holidays. We definitely recommend the villa!

Rented at once 2 villas. Very conveniently located right next to each other. Everything was great: a large swimming pool, barbecue facilities, towels, each house has its own bathroom! And toilets for 2 villas as much as 7!!! The kitchen is stocked with ample cooking utensils. Very convenient location : shops, massage parlors, restaurants - all within 1 minute of the villa. The beach is 5 minutes away. I definitely recommend it.

Parfait La villa est idéalement placée dans une rue très calme perpendiculaire à la route principale. Une très jolie plage peu fréquentée se trouve à 10 min de marche. Restaurants, massages, Seven Eleven, réservation d'excursions, laundry, location de voiture et de scooter sont à proximité. La villa est très bien entretenue et joliment décorée. Tout y est très fonctionnel. La piscine est super. Sue a été aux petits soins pour nous. Durant le séjour, le jardinier, les femmes de ménage passent mais attention, ils entrent sans s'annoncer ! La propriétaire est facilement joignable par mail, et répond très vite à toutes nos demandes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

This time we had a family group coming from different parts of the world - the UK, Middle East and Australia. Thailand is perfectly positioned in the middle and there was nowhere else I wanted to share with my friends and family than this wonderful spot in Koh Samui. See my previous review and my review of the adjacent little sister property Baan Tai Tara 4, which has two bedrooms. BTT3 is a great choice for families, as it has three bedrooms (all en-suite) and the centre twin room has additional trundle beds so can accommodate up to four children. A baby cot and high chair along with other necessities such as children's' plastic plates and cups are also available. The other two bedrooms include an enormous master and a gorgeous room with four poster bed - very romantic! All are very private and make it easy for a group to share the space without being on top of each other. The pool is central to the house and large enough to accommodate fun inflatables as you can see from my photos. There are shaded seated areas around the pool and the whole home is a wonderful balance of an outdoor relaxed lifestyle combined with a luxurious interior. We were able to hook up our music to the sound system with outdoor speakers and enjoy the privacy of our own compound. the large fridge holds plenty of refreshments and cool drinks, but if you happen to run out just cross the lane where you have a choice of two local shops supplying all the necessities - cold beers and other drinks, fresh coconuts, ice creams and fruit shakes were regularly purchased by our group. If you somehow manage to drink the village out of supplies then there is a 7-11 at the top of the street on the main road, a mere 150 metres away. Local restaurants include Pa Pen (who will deliver to the villa and has cooking classes) and Mai Tai along with a Pizza restaurant. If you feel like venturing slightly further but within walking distance then head down to the beach where there are several options including the Mimosa resort where you can have sunset cocktails overlooking the sea. Baan Tai is in the north end of Koh Samui island, just south of the capital of Nathong (where ferries from the mainland arrive). It's only about a 10 minute drive from the popular Fisherman's village - where you could eat in a different restaurant every night for more than a month - and closer still to the lovely village of Mae Nam, which has a cool vibe inspired by the Chinese temple. Local "walking Streets" are the markets held at Fisherman's Village on a Friday night and Mae Nam on Thursday, a must for any new visitor and returning visitor. Great for cheap cocktails and a wide range of snacks through to the latest must-have trends from the savvy stall holders. I can't wait to return to this wonderful corner of the world and can't recommend it highly enough. *Note all my attached photos were taken in May/June 2017 on my most recent trip.

Michael W Beautiful, quiet, private villa in an excellent location Left on May 30, 2017 for a stay in May 2017 Our group of 6 (5 adults and a 1 year old) recently stayed in Baan Tai Tara 3 for 2 weeks and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The owner Jacquie answered all of our queries before booking quickly and in detail which was a great reassurance and gave us confidence that this would be a great experience. The villa itself is absolutely stunning. Outside there is a lovely green garden and a huge swimming pool with 2 shaded terraces which are great for escaping by the sun or to sit outside and relax with a drink in the evening. Inside, the villa is spacious and decorated beautifully. There was more than enough space for all 6 of us and we didn't feel like we were in top of each other at any time. The living area has a large comfortable sofa, smart tv and excellent wifi which extends throughout the villa. There is also an inbuilt sound system that you can plug your iPhone etc in to and play music outside as you're relaxing in or around the pool. All of the three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with lovely showers and the two double bedrooms have super king size beds which are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven, gas stove, toaster, microwave, kettle and all the utensils you will ever need, as well as a proper coffee machine with coffee provided! There is also a large breakfast bar which is ideal for sitting around in the morning with a coffee and breakfast. The villa caters well for families like ours with young children, with a baby cot provided as well as plastic bowls, cutlery and cups for the little ones. Baan Tai Tara 3 is located on a quiet street in the area of Baan Tai, perfect for anyone looking to escape the busier areas of Samui for a bit of peace and quiet but still o not around 10mins away from the popular Fishermans Village. A quiet and serene beach is a 5 min walk down the road. There is a little shop to stock up on necessities and a massage place (Koi's) right next to the villa and the staff in both are very friendly. Koi will also rent you motorbikes st a very reasonable rate and also organise trips for you if you desire. There is a 7/11 at the top of the road as well. I would highly recommend Pa Pen and Mai Tai restaurants, both of which are located on the same road as the villa and serve cheap fresh tasty authentic Thai food. Overall, this is an stunning place to stay. Ideal for families or groups of adults alike, with a lot of privacy and has everything you need close by with easy access to the busier areas of the island for those who want to venture out a little. I could not recommend this villa enough and I am sure we will be back in the future.

A dream destination Left on May 13, 2017 for a stay in May 2017 The villa was more beautiful than expected, from the photographs we had seen and description we had read. Our family of 4 including 2 children aged 21 and 16 had a wonderful time in Koh Samui in general and this villa in particular. The attached swimming pool, wonderful and thoughtfully furnished amenities the shops, massage parlours and resturants within a stone's throw from the villa delighted us no end. The beach which is about 5 to 7 mins walking distance is clean with very few tourists and locals and is as good as your own private beach. Also for nature lovers we found that this is one बीच from where we could experience both the sunrise and the sunset. Sue, you were very helpful and all your suggestions were of great help!

We had a really lovely time staying in this fabulous property on Koh Samui. Myself and partner along with the grown up children of the property manager was extremely helpful and attentive, the driver was there at the airport to meet us and Lin was at the house to greet us. The property was immaculate and Lin had endeavored to make sure we had everything we needed. We hired a car from the lady in the lane and spent the week exploring the Island. Handy shops, laundry and a 7 eleven in the lane adjoining the villa. we had a great holiday. Thank you

This 3 bedroom accommodation with extensive lounge and kitchen area is absolutely delightful. Tastefully furnished throughout with all mods and cons. TVs in every bedroom and big comfortable beds. The beach is only a few minutes away and there are numerous eating places to suit all budgets close at hand. Large well kept pool.

This was the perfect place for six women to get away from it all and relax. Great location with the essence of a small community right outside the front door. The villa was immaculate and well designed to accommodate a large group. Lots of great walks, restaurants and message places close by. Safe, quiet and delightful. We booked this gorgeous villa to stay with another couple, as we could all have privacy and our own bathrooms with plenty of space to socialise together. For us, the location is perfect, away from the craziness of Chaweng but with everything you need on your doorstep. There's a nice beach within walking distance with a resort if you want sunset cocktails on the beach, plus plenty of little local restaurants (great value), massage & treatment services, laundry and convenience stores. It's close to the fun Fisherman's village at Bophut with a huge range of other restaurants and bars. The villa itself is very luxurious with everything we needed. There are three bedrooms each with ensuites and air conditioning, the middle one has two large singles with extra trundle beds underneath. The main living space was huge & great for entertaining. The owner was lovely when we booked and it's easy to arrange airport transfers, groceries etc in advance. The villa was serviced mid-week but you can arrange for more maid services if you wish. We have friends lined up to join us for a return trip!

Great villa and location! Left on Jan 22, 2015 for a stay in Jan 2015 We spent 10 nights here with another family, 4 adults and 3 kids and have plenty of room for all. Villa is very nice and clean and well maintained with quality furniture. Transfers there waiting with prompt service. Area is brilliant with a number of small local restaurants and shops, bars and massage shops, 7/11 also. Beach is 5 min walk down the end of the street with a very nice beach and beach bar and massage huts, very nice quiet area. Lin the house keeper is great and will do anything for you, also owns a restaurant not far away with brilliant Thai and western food and can deliver to the villa. In all everyone enjoyed this villa and no doubt will be back, thanks again.

We saw this property being built last year and when we saw the final photos knew it was the one for us. Usually we travel as a couple, but this year we had our 3 adult children/partners with us so needed a 3-bedroom property with at least 2 bathrooms (this has 3). Ban Tai Lee is a stand-alone villa in a typical Thai village near Maenam, only 800m from a lovely beach. Away from the main resorts (and especially the hideous Chaweng) this is still close enough to the popular Fishermans village for eating out but also to a number of nearby resorts if you want to dine in stylish comfort. For those who are more adventurous and want a real local experience, there are local Thai restaurants within close walking distance and you never have to venture far from home to get anything you need, including scooters which are rented across the lane. There is a local hairdresser/salon, gym, grocery stores, beach, etc etc. Chefs can be arranged however we didnt need this as we like to eat out. This villa doesnt have sea views, however from the main bedroom you wake up looking over the pool and palm trees beyond the wall. Its only 800m to the local beach, which is a lovely spot and near to the Mimosa resort if you fancy cocktails at sunset within walking distance. As a new property, this villa is exceptionally finished to a very high standard with everything you need in the kitchen. The 3 bedrooms all have their own en-suites, and the 2nd bedroom has its own separate entry to the rest of the house for added privacy (perfect for our eldest offspring who travelled with her partner). Fully air-conditioned if you need it, at the time of year we stayed there were lovely breezes so we didnt use it that much. The villa is positioned as a L-shape around the pool, which has "pure" water, something new to us but basically you dont need to rinse chlorine from your swimmers or wash your hair every day, although there is an outdoor shower. The landscaping is very tropical and Thai style, with a lovely pool pagoda for drinks or to have your morning coffee. We had a lovely relaxing break and are thinking of a return trip next year, this time with
