Overview
This ultra-modern villa boasts an idyllic location just 100 metres to the main road but still maintaining a serene atmosphere throughout, ensuring a truly calming getaway.
The property gives off a light, fresh and clean feel with a flawless, white base on both the inside and out. This is effectively contrasted with spots of colour and ornate, Thai furniture, sculptures and artwork.
The villa is designed for 6 guests and spread over two beautiful floors. The ground floor overlooks the pool and patio area hosting the living/dining room, Western kitchen and stunning master bedroom, while on the top floor you find another two double bedrooms sharing a spacious, modern bathroom.
Banthai Villa No. 12 has only been recently constructed so it provides an array of mod-cons and amenities including WiFi, air-conditioning, a washing machine and the additional bonus of a large, flat screen television with up to 250 channels. What more could you ask for?
Beds
The master bedroom has exclusive access to the patio and pool area through sliding glass doors as well as an en-suite bathroom for an element of privacy. The other 2 double bedrooms sit on the top floor with views of the surrounding area and are beautifully decorated with Thai artwork and Chiang Mai furnishings.
Baths
Within the villa, there is a spacious en-suite accessible through the master bedroom, a shared bathroom upstairs and an additional toilet accessible through the kitchen. Each are in keeping with the Thai theme throughout the property and are all impeccably fresh and polished.
Kitchen
A wonderful, Western kitchen is situated next to the main living area and has been designed with a modern eye. It is equipped with an oven, hob and microwave as well as a fridge/freezer and an array of cooking/dining equipment.
Living Room
The living room is perfectly situated, where guests can enjoy the surrounding views or relax on the inviting furniture and flick through an abundance of 250 channels. A double sofa bed in the lounge increases the occupancy to 8 guests
Dining Room
There is a choice for guests to enjoy dining indoors amongst a modern set of table and 4 chairs or the weather might take you outside to enjoy a meal or snack at the calming poolside.
House Rules
No Smoking inside the Villa. Smoking only allowed outside on Patio
Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at B7.5 per unit. Average daily consumption based on 6 people sharing, would equate to B100 per person per day.
Please treat the villa as it were your own home, and leave the villa as neat and tidy as when you checked in.
