This is a family friendly and pet allowed place.
Environment of this place is very calm and quiet.
Neighbours are well educated and decent. There is a grocery shop next to villa and scooters are available for rent if you wish to travel for nearby places. You can use the entire house with garden which is completely covered by walls and have separate entrance. since 2015, no body so far haven't complain about a loss of any ornament or money they have, during their staying.
A security system is operating in the villa and thieves cannot enter the villa when it is closed. Two fire extinguishes are placed inside the villa.Villa has very calm & quiet environment with friendly neighbours 😊😊😊.
There is a grocery shop next to villa and it take 700m walk to the beach and town.There is no one to disturb your freedom and highly secured place for guests. You can reach within half an hour for world famous beaches like Mirissa beach with whale watching see, Unawatuna with coral reefs, Polhena beach and marvelous Jungle beach Galle.
