The house is located in a quite neighborhood and approximately 1.3km to Hikkaduwa town and 1.5km to Hikkaduwa Main Beach / tourist area and has a private large swimming pool (separate kids pool) and large garden for relaxing.

Massive veranda facing the pool and garden, Sitting hall, dining area, two bathrooms with hot water, a kitchen and two air conditioned bed rooms.
First Floor
Four air conditioned Bedrooms, four bath rooms with hot water, a sitting hall and large balcony.
Facilities
This is a fully furnished holiday villa which has 6 Air conditioned bed rooms and a private swimming pool & Kids pool ideal for group of holiday makers and families. Free 24/7 WiFi internet, Satellite TV channels. This villa cleaned by HikkaVillas staff twice a week and change linen and towels. Swimming pool is cleaned every day. Outside of this property is secured through CCTV.
House Rules
Water & Gas paid by the owner and Renter must pay for electricity charges upon check out as per actual usage.
Renter must pay a reasonable replacement value, if any damages done to property.
