Overview
Stunning 5 bedroom, 4 Bathroom villa with air conditioning, pool and relaxing garden in the foothills of picturesque mountains and within sight of the sea. The villa is situated only 30 minutes drive from Alicante airport, 10-15 minutes from the lovely beaches and restaurants of El Campello and San Juan, and is in an urbanisation a few minutes from the charming mountain village of Busot with its restaurants, bars, old castle and cave system.
The villa is on two levels, with the first floor comprising of one ensuite king bedroom, one double bedroom with a separate bathroom and a living area (with TV) , dining area, study area and kitchen. The ground floor has three bedrooms, one ensuite twin, and second large twin and a double, a central bathroom and an elegant TV/living room, so the villa allows for more than one family to spend time together whilst also having their own space to relax. There are two additional single beds and two cots which can be set up for a small extra charge. The outdoor space includes a dining area and a number of lounging areas with mountain views and a covered daybed for the ultimate wind down. The roof terrace is the perfect spot for a sundowner, with views to both mountains and sea.
The pool house has an additional toilet and laundry room and there is a gas BBQ for outdoor cooking with friends.
Outings from the house include the beautiful city of Alicante with its beach and castle, the palm tree park of Elche, the crystal river of the Font d'algar and the breathtaking town of Guadalest. There is also easy access (45 minute drive or tram from El Campello) into Benidorm if you are looking for night life or water parks. Altea, Denia and Calpe are all beautiful towns and beaches in easy reach. Explore this beautiful area or just relax at our stunning villa.

Amazing stay in a beautiful home, 10/10! Everybody throughly enjoyed it. It has everything you could ever need and all so immaculate. Bridget was always in ahnd to andwer any questions. We will be back.

My husband and I bought Vista Montana in 2024 after a number of trips around the coast of Spain to find the perfect spot. I am a Wildlife television producer so wanted a location which captures some of the beauty of the natural world, whilst still having local amenities. We love the way the mountains in this area come down to the sea, so you can combine beach activities with beautiful walking. The house itself is a relaxing haven where we can enjoy BBQs and Paella with friends. The Sea/Mountain location also makes a mild climate all year around, avoiding the worst of the heat in the summer, whilst offering blue skies and warm temperatures through the winter. We haven't had the house very long but have already enjoyed trips to rivers, waterfalls, mountains, cities and beach towns and look forward to continuing to explore. We intend to write up our travels so our guests have a wealth of information about places to visit when they stay!
