Overview
Villa Calonge offers a relaxing stay on the Costa Brava. The villa itself is well equipped to cater for large families or groups. We have 10 bedrooms, most of which have a private bathroom and all have at least 2 beds, some 3 or 4. In the villa there is plenty of space to enjoy a meal together inside and outside or relax in front of the large tv in our outdoor Gecko lounge. The outdoor kitchen provides a BBQ and professional catering equipment, enough to satisfy the most enthusiastic chefs. There is large sunny terrace and pool at the front of the villa and enough pretty garden areas around the house to find a quiet place to relax.
The villa is situated just outside the medieval town of Calonge. There is a castle and traditional town square that are charming to visit. Just 5km is the stunning beach of Sant Antoni. The boulevard and beach here are super for a stroll and a dip in the sea. The traditional fishing town of Palamos and the attractive shops and bars of Platje d'Aro are both very close and worth a visit during your stay. The Gavarres mountains in which Villa Calonge rests offer plenty of stunning walking and cycling routes. In short there is something for everyone in the area.

Let me introduce ourselves - Hans and Jackie, a Dutch/English couple. We fell in love with the Costa Brava over 15 years ago when we were lucky enough to be able to buy our first house here. In 2017 we purchased Villa Calonge as an unfinished project which we happily put the work in to make it a superb destination for family and friends. Enough space to spend time together but still find that quiet corner to relax in. We now live permanently in Calonge and enjoy discovering more about this beautiful area every day.
