Nice apartment located on the 5th floor with nice mountains views.
The apartments are very spacious and well designed making full use of the available space. Having doors both at the front and back allows plenty of breeze to flow through out keeping it much cooler than a property on street level. There are large shutters on the balcony doors that also stop the sun coming in during the hotter part of the day which also assists in keeping the temperature at a pleasant level.
This community is well looked after with a full time concierge who looks after the gardens and pool.
Entrance hall, fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven & microwave, and dishwasher, laundry area with washing machine , combined living /dining room, leading to balcony with table and chairs and views over the garden, pool area and the surrounding hills. It has 1 double bedroom and 1 with bunk beds with an extra bed if required.
