This apartment is in the Las Palmeras complex in Upper Calahonda. Its elevated position provide amazing views, from the terrace you have views of La Cala de Mijas, Calahonda and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea.

The apartment is fully equipped for your self-catering vacation. The apartment is light and bright and newly furnished ready to receive guests from December 2024 onwards. The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The open plan living room opens up on to a large terrace with stunning views of the Mijas Costa Coastline and the surrounding countryside. It is a great place for alfresco dining for either morning or evening whilst you take in the surrounding vistas.

The kitchen area opens up onto the living area and has a dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and so much more.

Both Bedrooms have double beds, the master bedroom opens up on to the large terrace with sea views. The Bathroom has a shower over the bath.

The large terrace has a seating area and dining table and chairs. A great place to sit and relax after a busy days at the beach or exploring the surrounding area.

The Las Palmeras complex has easy access to the AP7 motorway taking you towards Marbella or Malaga. We would recommend a car for your stay in this property and the apartment is within a gated complex with underground parking and access to 5 swimming pools.

Only a short drive and you are on the A7 with easy access to La Cala de Mijas, Fuengirola, Marbella, Puerto Banus and the rest of the Costa del Sol. If you wish to stay local, Calahonda has many bars, restaurants, supermarkets, access to public transport and the senda literal (boardwalk) where you can walk between La Cala de Mijas and Cabopino and towards Marbella.
