Beautiful Villa Roble with private heated swimming pool (extra cost).
Gorgeous villa with lots of space for 8 persons. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, private swimming pool (completely private from the view of any other villas), wifi, airconditioning in one of the bedrooms, the living room and in the hallway which services the other 2 bedrooms and in the dining area. All the accommodatiomn is located on the ground floor.

Outside you can enjoy the beautiful pool, barbecue, withe amaxing views over the valley, filled with almod and olive trees and spacious terraces.
Pool heating is available all year, for an additional cost and is payable locally.
1 Pet is accepted upon prior request.

The villa is located 5 minutes walk from the small hamlet of Los Ventorros which has 2 excellent bars/restaurants and 10 minutes by car from the Moorish village of Comares, voted a magical village of Spain, where you will find bars, restaurants, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and banks. The supermarket is small but has an amazing amount of stuff, however if there is anything that you would like, just ask the friendly owner Paco and for the next day you have it!

For the sportsmen, there are 3 via ferratas and the longest zip wire in Spain!. There are also some amazing walking paths with incredible views! Here you have the best of both worlds. You are experiencing real Spain with the coast and all it has to offer within a 40 minute drive. The nearest beach is located at Torre Del Mar.

The villa is also well located for Malaga (with its Picasso, Pompidou and automobile museum and many others), the Alcazaba, the cathedral, the port with its many restaurants, the beach de la Malagueta, Plaza de la Merced, Plaza de la Constitucion and its small streets. And of course el Caminito del Rey.

50 minutes from the Village of Nerja and its Balcon de Europa (next stop Africa!) and the beaches of Burriana and Maro. The village of Frigiliana in the mountains, 5 minutes from Nerja.

Only 1.5 hours from Granada with the unmissable Alhambra.

2 hours from Cordoba with its mesquita, The Alcazar of the Catholic Kings, the Roman bridge, the Palacio de Viana and the Medina Azahara.

Cost of the swimming pool: 190 € per week.
Pet cost: 50 € per animal
Cost Air conditionning: Pay per use basis.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE 2 SLEEPING PLACES IN A DOUBLE SOFABED IN THE LIVING ROOM.

Long term rentals available from November - March are plus electricity, gas and pellets for the pellet burner.

THINGS TO NOTE :

-Although final cleaning is included in the price, we ask all clients to leave the house as they found it.
The minimum age of the person making the reservation must be 25 years.

-Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity, gas bottles (if required) and pellets for the pellets stove. Electricity is charged at 0.35€/Kw.

-1 dog can be allowed ONLY after consultation.
-Pool heating has to be ordered 1 week before arrival and has an extra cost.
-the heated swimming pool is available from April 1 to November 15
-To fully enjoy the surroundings a car is essential.
-There is a refundable damage deposit of 500 euros to pay on arrival.
- The person making the reservation must be 25 years or over.
- Air conditioning cost: 30 euros by week is in place for your arrival, after this you pay for what you use. The average cost is 1 euro for 1 hour depending on the temperature that you set. Please be aware that air conditioning is available in all the bedrooms only.
