Overview

Beautiful apartment in one of the most sought after areas of Calahonda. The apartment is LESS THAN TWO MINUTES WALK FROM THE BEACH!

The property comprises a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace with dining table and chairs and sea views! The apartment also benefits from a smart TV.

Air conditioning is available free of cost in the lounge only. However all rooms are on one floor and lead directly to the bedrooms.

However, the highlight of this apartment is its amazing location. There is a large swimming pool reserved for guests of this small complex. There is also a tennis court and a padel court. The gate from the private gardens leads directly to the beautiful sandy beach.

Located a few meters from the famous and very elegant Max Beach and with beautiful chiringitos within walking distance. Clients who have visited again and again to enjoy the spectacular position of this wonderful apartment.

The rural flavor and coastal lifestyle are two of Calahonda's most appealing characteristics, as although the area is developed, its founder loved green spaces, large plots and the confines of apartment buildings. Thus, the region developed in a generally peaceful and rustic way.

While the vast majority of Calahonda's 600,000 square meters is given over to villas, townhouses and space for four golf courses, selected areas have been dedicated to providing residents with every conceivable amenity. There are therefore three shopping centers which house most of the development's 45 restaurants, cafeterias and pubs as well as seven banks, several supermarkets and a wide variety of other businesses including: hardware, furniture, garden furniture, travel agencies, car rental, auto repair, property management and much more.

Sports are easily integrated into a Calahonda lifestyle. For starters, there are a total of 10 golf courses within a 10 kilometer radius of this urbanization, which also has its own port, Cabopino. And, having its own stretch of coastline, also highlights a wide range of water sports. Tennis courts and a fitness center are also available to residents.

Health care needs are taken care of by a pharmacy and three medical centers, offering round-the-clock service. Additionally, the state-funded Costa del Sol Hospital is well known as the state-of-the-art medical facility from the coast and is a few minutes from Calahonda.

Enjoying fantastic weather, an amazing setting and beautiful restaurants, bars and cafes. Calahonda is well positioned to reach Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Ronda within a few hours drive. The city of Malaga is also beautiful with its historical old town and very glamorous Calle Larios with trendy shops and boutiques also the Picasso Musuem. The picturesque Mountain Village of Mijas with its famous donkey taxis is just 15 minutes drive. You can also easily visit the elegant suburbs of Puerto Banus and Marbella and travel further on to Gibraltar. You can easily visit Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Ronda within a few hours drive.

Calahonda is located between the Mountains and the sea. The centre of Calahonda has hundred of bars, cafes and restaurants. There are many international restaurants. There is a wide selection of shops. You can visit Tivoli World, the children's theme park is situated in Arroyo de la Miel. Fuengirola Zoo is nearby and the marine wildlife park. Located a couple of kilometres along the road is Puerto Cabopino, which has the reputation for being the most secluded and picturesque port on the Costa del Sol and is a popular venue for tourists who want to enjoy a good meal before taking a walk along its sandy beaches. Some of the Coasts most popular restaurants, such as Alberts and Giuseppes Pizzeria, are located here. Close by are the natural sand dunes at Cabopino, if you are looking for a beach resort with more facilities, then head in either direction, left or right and you will come to one of the popular destinations of Fuengirola (to the left) and Marbella (to the right), where you have great beaches and leisure facilities galore. There is a large choice of Golf Courses in the Calahonda area. Calahonda enjoys a sub-tropical Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and warm winters. Cooling breezes from the sea make the summer heat manageable; temperatures average 32 ºC during the summer. There is a tourist train which stops at the end of the street, throughout the day to take clients to and from the centre and the beach.

There is a refundable damage/cleaning deposit of 300 euros to be paid locally.

Everything is perfect, the pool and the perfect location to enjoy to the fullest. A cozy apartment with beautiful views, the urbanization and the impeccable environment to go with children and as a couple. We'll do it again.

Good convenient location. I chose the apartment for the location . Dona Lola close by which was great as husband uses gym at Dona Lola . Plenty of beach bars and restaurants within close proximity and of course the boardwalk close by to the complex. Apartment compact but had everything we needed. Was able to park the car directly outside the apartment.

Excepcional !! Tuvimos un excelente fin de semana. Los anfitriones son muy amables y respondieron a todas nuestras preguntas. El apartamento es perfecto, cómodo y está justo en frente del mar. Pudimos hacer todo a pie. Hay de todo alrededor, restaurantes, supermercados, línea de autobús si no tienes el coche. Ya hemos reservado para la próxima.

El apartamento era muy bonito, limpio y todo funcionaba. Estaba bien tener lavadora. La ubicación es genial, a pasos del mar. El pequeño balcón también estaba bien, desayunamos allí. En general, lo pasamos bien. Si alguien quiere pasar un tiempo en Costa del Sol, recomendamos este alojamiento.
