This spectacular villa with a pool has been recently renovated with a modern style that preserves the warm light and traditional shapes of Lanzarote.
Villa Nina has been our family's holiday home for many years, and now we are excited to offer it so that others can enjoy it as much as we do.

Its location, in a central yet quiet area of Puerto del Carmen, just a few steps from the sea and the promenade, makes it the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday without sacrificing the convenience of accessing everything this lively resort has to offer.

Imagine enjoying 3 cozy bedrooms, with space for up to 6 people. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom also has a large double bed, while the third has two single beds. Additionally, you'll find a second full bathroom, a cozy living-dining room, a separate kitchen, an outdoor dining area, a sunny poolside terrace with loungers, and a sun-room.

The villa is equipped with all the amenities you need to feel at home: air conditioning/heating, Smart TV with satellite channels in the living room and master bedroom, wifi throughout the house, a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, fridge, dishwasher, and other utensils. You'll also find a hairdryer in the bathroom, towels, hand and shower gel, iron and ironing board, washing machine, and clothes-line for your convenience.
