Apartment was lovely and great location for everything. Rooms were spacious and extremely clean. The apartment had everything you needed and was close to the local supermarket. We spent a day at the pool which was also lovely.

It was spacious enough for 4 adults without feeling cramped. The grounds of the apt were very well maintained and beautiful to walk around. There was direct access to the beach via some glass doors from the complex. Despite the central location, there was no noise, so nice and quiet. There is a supermarket about a 5 minute walk from the apt which was very handy. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the place to friends/family. The hosts Niall and Angela were very responsive and helpful.

The apartment was spacious, clean & had everything required for a vacation. One of the bathrooms has a walk in shower, which is ideal for a disabled person. We hired a shower stool, from Danny at Hola Mobility, together with a mobility scooter, which fitted in the lift perfectly, & a wheelchair for my mum. There was plenty of room in the apartment to park both chair & scooter without them getting in the way. Access down to the car park was via the lift & there are plenty of ramps throughout the apartment grounds. The gardens are beautiful & so peaceful, & there is easy access onto the beach front where you can find plenty of bars & restaurants.

Luckily we saw this on Home and Away, it gave all the information and description we required. Apartment was minutes from the glorious beach and the glamorous marina. The apartment itself offered everything we required for the perfect family holiday, it was truly a home from home. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and made the booking process as simple as possible. We loved our holiday and will definitely book again with the owners.

Puerto Banus, Marina Marbella, Malaga, 29660, Spain Date of Stay 29 Jun 2017 Helpful votes: 0/0 Myself, husband and 2 boys (aged 14 & 9) stayed in this beautiful apartment for 1 week and could not fault anything about our holiday. The spacious apartment was fabulous, immaculate and offered everything any family would need from Wi-Fi & satalite TV to onsite restaurants in amazing surroundings that are maintained to such a high standard. The private entrance to the beech is a bonus and only a 5 minute walk takes you to all the bars, shops and restaurants. The owners were so nice and dealt with all enquires promptly and nothing seemed like to much trouble. Overall we had an amazing holiday in such a beautiful part of the world and I would highly recommend to others and will be booking again for any future holidays to Puerto Banus. Thank you.

My family and I stayed for a week in this wonderful apartment for 1 week. The apartment was excellent offering us everything we needed, home from home! It was immaculate, comfortable, spacious and with WI-FI and satalite television my kids were very happy! The facilities offered here are second to none, the gardens were beautiful and maintained to an excellent standard, the pools were also a huge hit with the kids and having a 2 minute walk to our own private entrance onto the beach was also a big hit. There is a supermarket 2 minutes from the apartment and all the shops and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. I would highly recommend this gorgeous apartment and will book again for future holidays, the only negative i have was that i didnt book for 2 weeks. The owners were terrific and all emails/queries were answered immediatley with help offered for transfers etc and nothing seemed to be a bother. Excellent holiday, thank you.

The apartment had everything we needed as a family with two small children, it was very clean the rooms were large and well furnished and the grounds were beautiful. The three swimming pools were fantastic our 4 year old learned to swim this holiday as the pool went from shallow to deep and was very safe. The position of the apartment was so close to everywhere just 2 minutes to the port but was so quiet and relaxing. We will definitely return to this apartment again!!! The 2 bed apartment was a great size with two large bathrooms and living area with large seating area with table and chairs outside. Apartment has 3 swimming pools and 2 restaurants attached to it the pools and garden areas were very well maintained and life guard on duty. The complex has electric gates which you have a fob on your keys to allow you to leave directly on to the board walk which takes you to the beach with plaza beach club and ocean beach club on your doorstep. Stayed here as a group of 4 girls and was so close to all the night life and beach clubs. Fantastic for girls or boys trips and family trips away. Loved our stay here and would go back to this apartment.

On arrival the apartment was spotless, the decor was excellent and the original description was accurate. Everything about the apartment was to our liking, such as a separate utility room, large balcony, comfortable seating in the lounge. The gardens and pool areas around the complex were outstanding and the walk to the boardwalk outside the complex was a delight. To the left of the boardwalk was a short walk to the many restaurants and an amazing marina with some of the finest private boats we have seen. To the right of the boardwalk was a walk that apparently ends up in Marbella - many miles away. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anybody and thank our hosts Angela and Niall for their help during our stay.

Puerto Banus, Marina Marbella, Malaga, 29660, Spain Date of Stay 29 Oct 2016 Helpful votes: 0/0 Very easy and uncomplicated communication with the owners. The apartment was in good and clean condition. We stayed for four weeks and lived our normal life in flat, including making our food. The dishwasher and fridge are quite old and could be considered to be replaced in future. Both still working well, no problem. The location of the resort is excellent, very peaceful area but just 5 min walk from Puerto Banus centrum and marina. The park of the resort is incredible beautiful and taken good care of. As a summary, we spent wonderful holiday in Puerto Banus and in the apartment and can highly recommend it for anyone!

Great apartment - stayed in 3.12. Fab master bedroom and ensuite, with for once, a comfortable bed!! Our teenagers were more than happy with their twin room and bathroom. Kitchen and living space perfect for us - the washing machine and tumble dryer an added bonus. Only gripes with the apartment was the cost of the internet (not the owners fault - there is no wifi so had use their Vodafone MiFi which was expensive) and also, there is a charge if you use more than a 'reasonable' amount of electricity (again, the rules of the complex not the apartment) Puerto Banus is a playground for the rich - rented or owned supercars are shown off by their designer clothed and jewellery laden owners. Slim and beautiful (if not surgically enhanced) ladies totter around the many designer shops in their Prada and Jimmy Choo outfits; and handsome men who smell delicious strut past on the way to the many premium bars. Great for people watching but SO expensive.to do so! The beach was a bit disappointing - not least due to the 10euro a day sunbed charge. We therefore spent the days around the resorts 3 pools and beautiful gardens. The many trees offer natures sun umbrellas should you wish to enjoy the shade. We also took a taxi into Marbella a couple of times as the beach is nicer and the sunbeds half the price! All in all a premium holiday - but if you can afford it thoroughly worth it. The owners were very responsive and friendly and the apartment good value for money.

"A wonderfully relaxing stay" We stayed in apartment 3.12 from the 6th to the 10th April 2014. Party consisted of 2 adults with teenage daughter (14) The apartment itself was appointed to a high standard, was clean and the bed and sofa were both comfortable, the floor was a little cool, although sometimes this was a blessing! Although for the UK it was the start of the Easter holidays, it was not yet a school break in Spain, so the complex was pretty quiet and there was some works (mainly gardening) as they ensured the grounds looked their best for the break, pools were a little chilly for swimming in, but no cooler than most I have come across and warmer than some for this time of year. We were very lucky with the weather, temperature most of the trip was over 25C, with a max of 29C. The complex felt safe enough, with "fob" access to the beach and Puerto Banus harbour which were only a short stroll away, the amount of "touts" selling fake goods was annoying, but not a reflection on the apartment (or even Puerto Banus, as we found them at various beaches down the coast). The apartment included car parking, although it says car hire is not required, we like to explore and like to work to our own timetable so for it it was necessary, but everyone is different. The apartment has a large balcony, it's not south facing, so in April we did not get the Sun on there that often, but I imagine in summer the aspect of the apartment will help you stay cool without the need for running the air-con all day. WIFI was available at a small additional cost and was fast enough, it even made daughter more sociable as the range did not extend into the bedrooms that well, so she joined us most evenings. We had a couple of queries during the break and the response from the owners was always very prompt and polite. Overall, we had a very relaxing break.

"Perfect!" Stayed in apartment 2.12 with 5 friends and we could not fault it. Perfect location , beautiful surrounding grounds and a gorgeous clean homely apartment. Nael and Angela were fantastic, they made our trip easy and stress free. We can't wait to return! Thank you so much for having us.

"Yet Another Lovely Stay in Banus" The apartment is so many things : 3 minutes walk to the main port Very Spacious Spotlessly clean Fantastic surroundings English TV oh- so many more. But it's so good to just walk out of the lovely gardens and within 1 minute be in the heart of all the things going on in the Port !! The garden has 3 great sized pools and is really peaceful. Highly recommended to anyone looking for the ideal cross between peace and quiet if you want it or the vibrant life of Puerto Banus.

"Can't recommend this place enough :)" I loved everything about this apartment- it is quiet, clean, great value for money and the location was amazing. You can tell a lot of effort had been put in to the apartment and it was also very comfortable. They have great Wifi and loads of Satellite TV channels and we didn't want for anything. The beds, bedding and towels were like the kind you find in 5 star hotels. Thank you so much!

"Amazing Stay" The location of the property is amazing close to everything no need to take a cab. Our hosts were fantastic always in touch if we needed them and quick to reply, even came over to say hello! The apartment was as advertised and looked great, the 2 bathrooms were a massive bonus. I couldn't rate is enough. The beach was right on the back but we also had wonderful pool and landscaped grounds on the complex. Make a wonderful hen for my friend complete.

"Playas Del Duque 1.3" The apartment was wonderful, made our vacation special. The owners were very cooperative and friendly. The garden was beautiful and unique, quite a view from the balcony. The apartment was clean, organized and had everything we need. Fully equipped kitchen, TV, super high speed Internet, towels and beddings. The complex is great, you have your own park to wander or just read a book. Location is superb, access door to the beach and 2 minute walking to Puerto Banus. I would highly recommend booking your vacation here, it's the perfect setup for a perfect vacation. Thank you Mr. Nael & Mrs. Angela for the wonderful hospitality. Hope to see you again soon.

"Presque parfait" Nous avons séjourné en Novembre 2014 en couple avec enfant de 2 ans. L'appartement est juste parfait, grand, deux chambres, 2 salles de bains, un grand salon, la literie est parfaite, tout est très propre et l'appartement est très très bien équipe, c'est simple, tout y est (lave linge, seche linge, lave vaisselle, clim chaud/froid.......) Nous avons payés 400 euros la semaine, plus 15 euro de Wifi (qui marche à merveille). Notre demande de lit bébé à été respectée, un lit parapluie quasi neuf avec un matelas super est tout les draps nécessaires. Serviettes de bain et de plage inclus. La résidence est superbe, 3 piscines (non utilisable à cette période car non chauffées), un super parc avec fontaines, palmiers c'est grandiose, la résidence est énorme, pas gênant à cette période de l'année car quasi déserte, a mon avis un peu "too much" en pleine saison. le lobby est super beau, gardien a chaque entrée et au cas où, un centre de spa quasi dans la résidence, comptez quand même 40 euros pour une journée, pas de tarif spécial piscine. Parking gratuit en sous sol L'environnement est parfait, la plage est juste en face de la résidence, bar/restaurant à 5min à pied, promenade en bord de mer fort agréable, supérette à 5min et hyper centre commercial à 10 min à pied. Attention Puertos banus est une destination bling bling, pas gênant à cette saisons mais les prix à mon avis sont gonflés par rapport aux attendus pour ce pays (courses, restaurant, prix des consommations......) Puertos Banus est quand même une excellente surprise, tout est à porté de main, un port au charme fou, bien plus joli que la bétonné Marbella à 6 km de là. En novembre cela reste calme mais pas ville morte pour autant Après j'ai des doutes sur la pleine saison, a mon avis ça doit être un peu l'horreur, mais là je ne fait que supposer. Pour finir, presque parfait car, notre appartement, le 2.12 n'a pas un super emplacement dans la résidence. Vis à vis, pas de vue dégagée, un peu trop à l'ombre. Rien de dramatique, mais je crois que les proprios ont d'autres appartements dans le complexe avec des vues jardin et piscine We stayed in November 2014 in couple with 2 year old. The apartment is just perfect, large, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, the bedding is perfect, everything is very clean and the apartment is very very good team, it is simple, everything is there (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning hot / cold .......) We paid 400 euros per week, plus 15 euro WiFi (which works perfectly). Our cot request has been met, an umbrella almost new bed with a great mattress is all the necessary sheets. Bath and beach towels included. The residence is superb, 3 swimming pools (not in use at this time because not heated), a great park with fountains, palm trees is great, the residence is huge, not a problem this time of year because almost deserted, in my notice a little "too much" in season. the lobby is super nice, guard each entrance and in case, a spa centre near the residence, count still 40 euros for a day, no pool special rate. Free underground parking The environment is perfect, the beach is right in front of the residence, bar / restaurant 5min walk, seafront promenade very pleasant, 5min hyper supermarket and shopping centre in 10 min walk. Warning Puertos Banus bling bling is a destination, not a problem this season but prices in my opinion are inflated to the expected for this country (shopping, restaurant, drink prices ......) Puertos Banus is still a great surprise, everything is at hand, a charm to the port, much prettier than concrete Marbella 6 km away. In November it is still quiet but not dead city provided After I have doubts on the full season, I think it should be a little horror, but then I only assume. Finally, almost perfect, because our apartment, the 2.12 was not a great location in the residence. Screws, un -obscured no view, too much shade. Nothing dramatic, but I think the owners have other apartments in the complex with garden and pool views

An easier way of dealing with the beakages deposit/refund would have been helpful (now that we know you and your expectations this would not be a problem)3.
