This centenary house has been restored with exquisiteness, preserving centenary elements, mixing with classic and modern furniture. You get the house from main square through a winding old street which leads to the top of the hill of Calvary.
Situated way up “Calvary hill” in Pollensa old town, this old-house commands glorious views towards La Font mountains, Cala Sant Vicenc and the bay of Pollensa with distant mountain ranges all afford a completely tranquil ambience.
Upon entering is the spacious hall with an inner stone archway leading into the living/dining room with stone walls, Satellite TV (Wi-Fi). From there you access the fitted kitchen has a microwave; dishwasher, electric oven, fridge/freezer, twin sink unit and a stairs connect with walk-in pantry. The doorway opens from the kitchen out to the poolside terraces and outdoor Jacuzzi for those ice-chilled drinks.
The terrace and swimming pool area has two levels. In one there is the sun terrace, where you can refresh in the pool, this is connected with a waterfall to one small pool with bubbles, special for child.
Also there is a BBQ.
Enjoy relaxed lunches and candlelit dinners on the poolside dining terrace.
From the hall there is the main stairs leads into bedrooms:
On first floor comprises of two pretty bedrooms: a double bedroom and a double twin bedroom which share a complete bathroom shower and Jacuzzi.
On second floor comprise a spacious studio and a double twin room en suite with a complete bathroom shower and Jacuzzi.
There is also a CHILL-OUT roof terrace with a Balinese bed -which boasts spectacular views an ideal place for relaxing. Relax on the comfortably furnished sun terraces and enjoy the wonderful views.
Also, the house has a garage with capacity to park two cars.
