Built to a high specification and with an eye-catching modern design, this air conditioned stone fronted property enjoys an enviable location in the exclusive residential enclave of Crestatx close to Pollença. Comfortable and very thoughtfully appointed Ca’n Aljandro boasts a boundless cross-generational appeal with excellent facilities that include large enclosed grounds of lawn and Mediterranean shrubs, a private swimming pool with Roman steps, shaded barbecue terrace, Free Wi-Fi and table tennis. In short, everything needed to enjoy relaxed summer living at its best.

Internally, each bedroom has its own en suite facilities, flat screen television and independent access to the garden. Sloping wood beamed ceilings add character to a décor that is a subtle mix of cooling whitewash and soft pastel shades with tastefully chosen fabrics and bedspreads providing more dominant splashes of colour.

Artfully fashioned from an antique plough, the eye-catching, glass-topped coffee table in the living room is in fact the ‘trillo’ from which the house takes its distinctive name.

All amenities are less than a ten minute drive away in Roman Pollença where you will find a comprehensive choice of supermarkets, shops, bars and many excellent restaurants lining the pedestrianised main square and atmospheric narrow streets.

Pollença golf club (and restaurant) is also close by and several wonderful sandy beaches are very easily reached, in particular Cala Sant Vicenç and the impressive broad sweep of Pollença Bay which are each around a 15 minute drive.

For a fun day trip and a chance to see another side of island life why not catch the country train that regularly winds its gentle way from sleepy Sa Pobla (4km) to Mallorca’s vibrant capital city, Palma.

I hardly ever take the time to write a review but having returned yet again from another fabulous trip to this villa I thought I should. First things first the photos online do not do this villa justice...it is beautiful and like a tardis.....much bigger than it looks. All 3 bedrooms are a great size with beautiful contemporary ensuites, the beds were so comfortable that we all slept soundly. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner worked really well, is equipped with everything that you need and is immaculately clean. In terms of location this villa is in a great location for trips to old town Alcudia and Pollensa (my favourite) as well as trips to the beach at Pollensa. This time we spent a mixture of lazy days around the pool and long leisurely lunches out and about, returning to the villa having stocked up at the nearby supermarket for a dip in the pool and a cold glass of vino! The patio area complete with in built bbq and dining set meant that some nights we had dinner still in our swimmies and enjoyed the sprinkler show at 10pm that was great fun! Ian the owner can't do enough to help including welcome packs, tips on hire cars and recommended restaurants. This is our second stay and we will most definitely be back!!

A fantastic villa, in a fab location for getting into Pollensa; central for travel in & around the area. The villa is located it is also very a peaceful, cul de sac, we were surprised how spacious it was. It has 3 large double bedrooms with good ensuite facilities. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with large dining area and lounge. Outside there is a great patio area with outside kitchen & BBQ. The pool is a lot bigger than you might expect in a villa of this size, & the the hot tub is lovely on an evening. It's easy to see why previous guests had given the villa a 5* rating; it is a fantastic villa. . Communication was good, Ian rang us to talk everything through, and even advised us re car hire/insurance etc. He told us to contact him direct if we had any issues & gave us contact details of the maintenance man who visited us day 1 to ensure all was OK, which was handy as I couldn't find the safe nor the ironing board.....David even helped us get coronation street on the iPad! The villa was spotless & was cleaned by the same maid who worked direct for the owner. Great villa, well maintained with everything you could wish for catered for. We will book again.
