Our family wheelchair friendly villa is located in a quiet area,10 minutes from the beach and a 5 minute walk from the local restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We offer free fibre internet and tv.
Overview
We fell in love with our villa as soon as we found it and we are sure you will too. It has a quiet location yet is only a 5 minutes walk to many local bars, restaurants and supermarkets and only a 10 minute walk to the beach although most people take the car.
If you prefer to be near the pool then its at the bottom of the garden!! only 10 paces away and our private gate opens on to the pool area. The large rear terrace, surrounded by Palm trees, also overlooks the garden and pool. It really is a lovely setting with the added benefit of a private driveway to park the car in. Wheelchair friendly ramp to the rear terrace.
Villa Internal Details
Entering the villa from the rear terrace you will come in to a large lounge with sofa and two armchairs, feature fireplace, 32" Flat Screen LCD TV with UK channels, DVD, CD Radio. The Villa is Fully air conditioned/heating. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster & coffee maker. Utility room with Washing machine, Dishwasher - iron & ironing board. There are two ground floor bedrooms one double (King size bed) and one twin, both have large fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging & storage space. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have additional ceiling fans.
There is also a ground floor bathroom (wheelchair accessible) with Large walk-in shower enclosure & fold down shower seat + thermostatic shower mixer, modern 800 Basin Unit with mirror above & WC with fold down grab rail.
Stairs lead to the master bedroom with King size bed, 2 double wardrobes & dressing table plus a full en suite bathroom. Double doors open on to the large roof terrace with additional seating and coffee table. All bed linen and towels are provided. Please use your own towels if by the pool or beach.
Out & About
The area surrounding Playa Flamenca has everything from beautiful clean blue flag beaches to a vast array of bars & restaurants. It also has many golf courses 3 within 10 minutes drive at Villa Martin, Las Ramblas & Campoamar all pay & play but its best to book (from £30 a round + buggy fee). The nearest large town is Torrevieja - 10 minutes drive - with a good range of shops + a weekly market plus a large marina with a promenade which holds regular evening craft fairs.
There is also a large shopping centre "La Zenia Boulevard" approximately 1.5 miles away which has a great selection of designer and well known stores such as, Zara, Primark, C & A, Timberland etc plus many cafe's, bars & restaurants. Children love the water feature in the play area and you can also hire animal rides for 10 - 60 minutes to keep them amused, there is also a train ride which goes round the shopping mall. Well worth a visit with plenty of underground & overground parking.

Our stay at Villa Louise was lovely, correspondence with Paul (Owner) was seamless. The property has plenty of space, felt homely and had all you needed and more for your stay. We were out mid Aug and we hardly saw anyone so had pool to ourselves most days. I have stayed in the area for 20 years but not near this location, it’s easy within a short walk of all amenities. I would definitely stay in Villa Louise again. Thanks

This was our 3rd stay at this house and again we had a fabulous stay. The house is so comfortable and within easy reach of some lovely restaurants and all amenities. Would highly recommend this house and location for a relaxing and extremely enjoyable holiday

Despite the weather when we arrived for our second stay in the villa we had a good vacation. Everything you could need for a stay whether long or short, our first stay was for a month & we are looking forward to going back again later in the year. Ideally situated near to bars, restaurants & shops & not far from the beach all easy walking distance.

Fabulous stay in a wonderful villa! Villa Louise is an amazing property, and had everything we needed for a fantastic holiday. The villa is large, clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for all of us. The pool was lovely, and we rarely even had to share it - it felt like our own private pool most of the time! The external space was great - a choice between the garden, the terrace and the balcony meant we could always find some sun - or shade!
A short 5 minute walk away was an area of around 15+ restaurants, so we were always spoilt for choice. The area around the villa is very quiet and residential, and we were never disturbed by noise. There were a couple of very handy supermarkets nearby - very convenient for self-catering. The only slight downside was that the beach was a drive away, but this didn’t bother us as it was so lovely by the pool.
I would highly recommend Villa Louise for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.
