Las Floritas Apartments is a modern apartment complex of located in the heart of Playa de Las Americas.

Fully furnished one bedroom apartment. It has 24 hour reception, currency exchange, restaurants, snack-bar and supermarkets. Guests can enjoy a river-style pool with sun loungers around the complex and a snack bar in the area.
We are located in the heart of Playa de las Americas, at just 500 meters from the beach, surrounded by many bars and restaurants. At 400 meters from the entertainment area known as 'Veronicas'. Just 10 minutes away from Siam Park Water Park. Tenerife South Airport is just at 19 km.
Good area to enjoy the beach, sun, day and night entertainment and cuisine.
The pool can be used from 10 Am till 8 PM
It is a Lifeguard throughout the year.

There are many excursions available including a trip to El Teide, Tenerife's volcano, or the neighbouring island of La Gomera. The front of Las Floritas overlooks the Las Americas golf course with a picturesque view of the mountains behind.
Taxi charges here are among the cheapest in Europe but should you wish to hire a car we are very fortunate that opposite the complex there is a large, free car park which always has spaces. Alternatively if you fancy seeing the island by public transport we are not far from the bus station and for great shopping a trip to the capital of Santa Cruz is a good day out.

We add a great time there it was close to all bars and restaurant the apartment was very clean the pool was great I wud tell freind about it and we hope to book it again for nov 19

Good apartment and communication with the owner and the cleaner/driver through out. Apartment clean and spacious with everything you could need, free safe, iron, hairdryer,comfy bed, plenty of hot water and a tv with quite a few english channels including sky sports 1. Towards the back of the complex so away from the main road but plenty of bars and restaurants very close. Couldn't fault it and wouldn't hesitate in booking it again.
