The complex is located on the border with Playa de las Americas, so it is in a brilliant situation. You can walk along the sea front in either direction.  There are plenty of restaurants and bars on the way and you will be spoiled for choice in Los Cristianos and in the other direction to the posh part of Playa de las Americas. You can be assured of all-year-round sunshine in this wonderful climate. The apartment enjoys sea and beach views as well as views of the pool and the mountain to the side. The balcony is furnished with a patio table and chairs as well as 2 sun loungers. The lounge has a sofa bed, separate armchair with side table and lamp, coffee table and a flat-screen TV with international and English satellite channels. The apartment also has private wifi internet access. The bedroom has 2 single beds, large mirrored fitted wardrobes. There is also a dressing table and bedside tables and lamps. The security safe is also in the bedroom. The kitchen has a 4-ring hob, fridge, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a bath with shower overhead, wash hand basin and WC.
