Located in a calm residential area, provided with its own kids garden park in the vicinity, with no traffic at all, but close enough to shops, supermarkets, pubs, and restaurants.

Just 15 minutes away by bus or car you will find Alcudia Marina, where most of the events happen, with a nice corniche, plenty of shops and where life passes at a special calm pace, just a place to enjoy.

A good hint to mention is the nice local Restaurant bars by the Marina, with very good quality-price food, some of them very difficult even to get a reservation to enjoy their Tapas.

Alcudia beach is the longest on the island by far with more than 3.7 miles, white sand, calm waters, and provided with red cross-bay watchers and plenty of local Snack bars called "Chiringuitos", very convenient for a cold iced beer when the heat beats you up.

We are glad to present you with a beautiful fully furnished luxury 3 bedrooms Villa, located near Alcudia Beach, close to Puerto de Alcudia town, in the district of Alcudia. This luxury villa is perfectly located to the beach, golf courses, and shopping and is within walking distance of the world-famous Puerto de Alcudia Marina. The Villa consists of 2 double bedrooms, and one single furnished with a berth plus an extra bed and baby cots (2 max), a well-equipped lounge dining room, a fully fitted kitchen, and a utility room.

Master bedroom, with en-suite family bathroom and a guest bathroom, plus an extra toilet downstairs. In addition, there is a private terrace overlooking the gardens with barbeque and pool, with patio doors leading onto this from the kitchen and living room.

The Villa is completely acclimatized in all three bedrooms and the living room also, with a brand new efficient air-conditioning system, flat television in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooking kitchen, pyrolytic oven, microwave, dishwasher machine, and a high capacity fridge.

This Villa is located on the second sea line of Alcudia beach and also overlooks the very nice San Martí Mountain. A few supermarkets are close by car (5 min) or by foot 5 min to a Spar, a bike Center and petrol station, and one parking place in the Villa. The Villa can sleep up to 9 persons (4 adults and 3 children & 2 baby max, or 7 adults maximum).

5 minutes walk from the Villa is the clean, safe beach of Alcudia with sun loungers for hire, restaurants and beach bars, and a beautiful Alcudia Bay.

As well arrival times and departure times are helpful to coordinate cleaning services and to accommodate other arrivals and departures like yourself.

As per current regulations, we can only advertise 5 beds, following current regulation we can accept only 5 customers in the villa.
In the case of being 7 adults, one of the beds is in a berth located at some height from the ground so for safety reasons only a nonheavy person must occupy this bed.
In case more capacity is needed, please contact us and we will arrange this privately finding a solution on the spot.

VILLA IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES, WEEKEND PARTIES, OR YOUNG GROUPS (BELOW 30 YEARS OLD), PLEASE DO NOT ACCOMPLISH BOOKING IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS (cancellation policy will apply), WE DO NOT DO EXCEPTIONS, CLUBS ARE AVAILABLE IN TOWN FOR THAT, VILLA IS RESIDENTIAL ONLY.
IF POLICE OR SECURITY SERVICE IS CALLED TO THE VILLA IT WILL BE CHARGED AT THE TENANT'S EXPENSE.
COPIES OF ALL GUESTS ABOVE 16-YEAR-OLD PASSPORTS ARE A MUST FOR CHECK-IN WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES.
