Oceanfront Escape With Elegance & Panoramic Views

Wow! This place truly does look like the pictures. Located on a beautiful sheltered beach, the view is truly out of this world. The sound of the ocean just outside the apartment is so soothing at night while falling asleep. Nathalie, the host, had all kinds of goodies and champagne for us upon arrival, which was a very nice touch. The bed was super comfortable. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Nathalie’s apartment is simply stunning - from the first time you set foot into this place and see the breath taking view you will be absolutely delighted. It’s ideal for two people, very spacious, with a large terrace overlooking the ocean. The bed is fantastic too, making it an amazing experience to sleep with open terrace doors listening to the ocean waves. Definitely recommend! Perfect for cycling.

Nathalie is a sincere and fantastic host: the communication is easy and the provided information is clear, transparent and direct, with a very quick response time. We received practical details and questions in anticipation of our stay that made our holiday most comfortable. The service offered by Nathalie is exceptional. It makes all the difference: welcomed by her at the bus station, always at our disposal and small details that add value. We did not feel the need to rent a car. There are several bus lines that stop in front of the building for direct trips to Puerto Mogan, Puerto Rico, Faro de Maspalomas/ Meloneras, the international airport of Gran Canaria, the city of Las Palmas, ... The apartment on the 11th floor benefits from an excellent location with stunning sunset view on the ocean. We enjoyed it daily. The beach is accessible in a few footsteps and the lift goes down to the beach-level: this is just fantastic. The apartment is decorated with taste (includes a flatscreen tv with Netflix), is well equipped (kitchen with oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge-freezer, dish washer, bathroom with two sinks, a large shower and a washing-drying machine. The price-quality ratio of the apartment, its location, facilities and the personalized service from Nathalie are absolutely worth it. Without any hesitation we recommend this place.

Nathalies Appartment was amazing.. Spotlessly clean and very well stocked with all the things you need.. The view is so Spectacular..!!.. I am going back in April with my Husband. Nathalie could not have been more helpful both before and during my stay.. A Fabulous host and a lovely Lady.. You will definitely not be disappointed if you stay here.

El apartamento tiene unas vistas maravillosas al mar. Desde la terraza es un placer ver amanecer y anochecer. El edificio es antiguo pero al entrar al apartamento se te olvida. Está amueblado con mucho cariño, las camas son comodísimas y tiene todo tipo de menaje en la cocina. El edificio conecta con el paseo que hace muy fáciles las caminatas. Supermercados y restaurantes en el edificio. Definitivamente Nathalie es una anfitriona estupenda!!

Precioso apartamento! Con todo lujo de detalles, limpio y cómodo. Una terraza amplia y fantásticas vistas. Nathalie ha estado muy atenta con nosotros. Volveremos!

We had a lovely week in Nathalie’s apartment. The view from the balcony is beautiful and we spent most nights eating in, drinking wine and watching the sunset. When eating out we stuck mainly to Nathalie’s recommendations which were super. We made the most of Patalavaca beach (which is on the doorstep) and the lovely Anfi beach which is a busy, beautiful melting pot of many languages. We wanted a week of rest and relaxation and as Patalavaca is very quiet that’s exactly what we got! Nathalie was an excellent host promptly replying to a few pre-holiday questions. She also kindly provided extra pods for my coffee-obsessed boyfriend! We’d definitely stay at Nathalie’s apartment again. It’s spotless, very homely and an easy bus ride from the airport. We had a great time!

We were three adults staying at Nathalie’s lovely place for five nights. Nathalie’s place exceeded all our expectations by far. Her place was sparkling clean, thoughtfully and up to details furnished, and all the necessary amenities, tools, and utensils one could think off were available. From a lovely Nespresso machine to a stove, oven, microwave, and a high-end washer/dryer. This place is nothing short of luxury pure. We especially loved the spacious balcony for our breakfasts and enjoyed the sunsets. When at home, we spent most of our time in the balcony. The beach in front of her house is just amazing, with mostly locals, it has a unique vibe. The water is crystal clear and excellent for swimming. Within 10min walking distance watersports activities are available (we recommend parasailing!) at the Anfi beach. There are groceries in 2min walking distance, either in the same building or across the street. We loved the Sushi place in the building which is world-class and if you are lucky you get to enjoy the same ocean view from the apartment. Nathalie herself is a superb host. Always responsive and making sure the guests are happy. Would love to go back again sometime soon.

Nathalie is one of the best hosts we have ever come across. Starting from the moment we booked she was so incredibly attentive & helpful - providing us with lots of assistance prior to our visit. And once we checked in - my goodness - the property is so beautifully presented and such amazing attention to detail. She has thought of everything. And importantly whilst she wasn't there to greet us (It was her equally lovely & helpful cleaner) she was always contactable for questions, recommendations etc. The property is perfectly situated with the beach directly below, the private pool club (which you can use for a fee but redeemable on food/drink or free if you get treatments from the spa - a must do!!!), and lots of great restaurants. Our only regret...that we didn't stay longer!!! Now we just need to organise to come back. Thank you again Nathalie xx

Everything about our stay was spectacular from the start. The view was amazing - if there hadn’t been so much to keep us busy we may never have left the terrace! The apartment was beautifully appointed and sparkling clean. Nathalie was very responsive to even small details like how to adjust volume on the tv in time for the World Cup games and had great local recommendations for everything from diving to cuisine. This place is a true gem - book it!
