A very popular community, very suitable for families, with mature gardens and a pool with separated children's end. This terraced villas are of several different shapes and sizes so they have a village feel about them. All of the properties face into the private garden which lead to the communal area, and with the private gardens and terraces all being at various level there is a level of privacy that you would not expect.
Street-level:
Entrance through a south facing garden, kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven and fridge/freezer, kettle, sitting room with two sofas and dining area, fireplace, double doors that lead to the large covered terrace and external stairs leading to the private garden, which in turn leads to the communal garden and pool.
Downstairs:
Double bedroom with doors leading to the private garden (and stairs leading up to the covered terrace), twin bedroom, shower room with large shower WC and washing machine.
Outside:
Communal garden and swimming pool (with children´s pool area).
There is street parking outside the house, in a one way street.
A really popular family location. Beach 15 minutes walk, shops and tennis club 5 minutes walk, golf 10 minutes walk.

Very well equipped house and close to Pals beach and golf by car. Very nice residential environment. Close to little corners of paradise such as Begur, Palafrugell, Tamariu, Aiguablava... We were very well hosted by Ana at the agency.
La casa está muy bien, limpia, con muchos detalles que se agradecen (pastillas para lavavajillas, secador, botellas de agua etc...) incluso nos dejaron mascarillas y geles individuales. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y con unas instalaciones muy cuidadas. Lugar recomendable.
Casita bien equipada y situación tranquila ideal para familias con niños. Acceso a pocos metros de la residencia a la playa a pie, todo un lujo. Recomiendo visitar la zona, es una región a descubrir, el pueblo de Pals a tan sólo 5 km nos ha robado el corazón. Sin duda volveremos. Agosto 2023
All good, we liked the swimming pool and terrace best.
Accommodation on two floors, with a small garden and a community pool. Great location, quiet area and close to the beach and places to visit.

Maison très bien placé et confortable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec des enfants d 2 à 11 ans. Coup de coeur pour la piscine.Nous recommandons ce logement pour des vacances familiales!!!!
The house is very good, clean, with many details that are appreciated (dishwasher tablets, dryer, water bottles, etc.) they even left us masks and individual gels. It is very quiet place with very well-kept facilities. Recommended place.
